该新能源工厂车间位于一栋多层钢筋混凝土结构的标准厂房内,建筑密闭性良好,但生产区域面积较大,设备密集,产热量高。在长期的生产过程中,车间内部逐渐形成闷热、空气流通不畅的问题,不仅影响员工的工作舒适度与生产效率,也对高精度的生产环境构成了潜在威胁。
面对这一工况,瑞峰环保制冷技术团队在深入勘察现场后,综合考量了宁德地区夏季高温高湿的气候特点、新能源行业对空气洁净度的极致要求、车间大面积与高密闭性的空间特征以及传统空调方案能耗巨大且无法解决新风与洁净度双重需求的痛点,最终摒弃了高能耗、高投入的传统工业空调方案,量身打造了一套“大功率不锈钢过滤冷风机(SS-EAC系列) + 负压风机”的综合通风降温与空气治理系统。该设计布局的核心优势在于:
1、核心降温单元:定制化SS-EAC系列不含铜铁锌冷风机
针对新能源车间对金属离子的“零容忍”要求,我们选用了 “不含铜铁锌冷风机(SS-EAC系列)” 。该机型属于我们SS-EAC不锈钢离心机系列产品,该系列以“大风量、大风压、大风距、耐腐蚀”著称,区别于市场通用型冷风机。本项目中使用的定制化机型,在核心部件上进行了特殊处理:
1)材质洁净:整机及内部关键部件均不含铜、铁、锌元素,从源头上杜绝了因空气循环可能带来的金属离子污染风险。
2)高效降温:基于水蒸发降温原理,利用5090型优质湿帘,使室外热空气通过湿帘时被高效降温4-8℃,同时为车间引入大量经过过滤的新鲜空气,有效解决了密闭车间新风不足、含氧量下降的问题。
3)强劲风压:依托离心式电机的优势,风压大、送风远,可满足大面积车间远距离送风的需求,确保冷空气均匀覆盖。
2、辅助除湿单元:负压风机系统
考虑到宁德地区夏季湿度较高,而单一的冷风机(蒸发式冷气机)在原理上会增加空气中的湿度,我们创新性地引入了负压风机系统。其物理原理在于:在车间一侧墙体集中安装负压风机,启动后强制将车间内原有的高温、高湿、含尘空气迅速抽出,在室内形成“拉抽式”的负压环境。这一动作产生了两个积极效果:
1)气流引导:负压区引导另一侧由冷风机送入的新鲜冷空气,按预设的路径有序流经整个车间,形成“新风进入→循环降温→污浊空气排出”的完整气流组织,避免了局部涡流和死角。
2)湿度平衡:通过快速排出车间内因人员、设备及冷风机运行时产生的部分水汽,有效平衡了车间湿度,避免了过度潮湿,使工作环境在降温的同时保持干爽舒适。
两套系统协同工作,如同为车间建立起一套高效的“呼吸循环系统”——冷风机负责供给“洁净、凉爽的新鲜血液”,负压风机则负责将“浑浊、闷热的代谢废物”及时排出。设备启用后,车间内部温度显著下降,空气流通性得到根本性改善,整体环境焕然一新。更关键的是,在温湿度与洁净度得到精准控制后,新能源电池生产的品质稳定性得到有效保障,因环境因素导致的良率波动被降至最低,为工厂的高效、稳定生产提供了坚实的环境基础。

[Project Case: A New Energy Factory in Ningde, Fujian Province - Comprehensive Ventilation and Cooling Project without Copper Iron Zinc Cold Air Fan (SS-EAC Series)+Negative Pressure Fan]
Ningde, Fujian Province, is a city located on the southeast coast of China, facing mountains and the sea. It belongs to a typical subtropical maritime monsoon climate, with high temperatures and high humidity in summer, which lasts for a long time and poses severe challenges to the industrial production environment. As a globally renowned core area of lithium battery new energy industry, Ningde has formed an industrial cluster with global influence. The new energy battery industry, especially the production of lithium batteries, has almost stringent requirements for temperature and humidity control and air cleanliness in workshop environments. On the one hand, certain components in battery materials are extremely sensitive to free metal ions such as copper, iron, and zinc in the air. Once exceeded, it may cause micro short circuits inside the battery, seriously affecting product safety and consistency; On the other hand, if the heat generated during the production process cannot be discharged in a timely manner, it will not only affect the stable operation of the equipment, but also directly reduce the yield rate of the battery.
The new energy factory workshop is located in a standard multi story reinforced concrete structure with good building sealing, but the production area is large, the equipment is dense, and the heat generation is high. In the long-term production process, the workshop gradually develops problems of stuffiness and poor air circulation, which not only affects the comfort and production efficiency of employees, but also poses a potential threat to the high-precision production environment.
Faced with this working condition, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team conducted an in-depth investigation of the site and comprehensively considered the climate characteristics of high temperature and humidity in Ningde area in summer, the extreme requirements of air cleanliness in the new energy industry, the spatial characteristics of large workshop areas and high airtightness, as well as the pain points of traditional air conditioning solutions that consume huge energy and cannot solve the dual needs of fresh air and cleanliness. Finally, they abandoned the high energy consumption and high investment traditional industrial air conditioning solutions and tailored a comprehensive ventilation cooling and air treatment system consisting of "high-power stainless steel filter air coolers (SS-EAC series)+negative pressure fans". The core advantage of this design layout lies in:
1. Core cooling unit: Customized SS-EAC series copper iron zinc free air cooler
In response to the "zero tolerance" requirement for metal ions in the new energy workshop, we have selected the "SS-EAC series copper iron zinc free air cooler". This model belongs to our SS-EAC stainless steel centrifuge series, which is known for its "high air volume, high air pressure, high wind distance, and corrosion resistance", distinguishing it from the commonly used air coolers in the market. The customized models used in this project have undergone special treatment on the core components:
1) Material cleanliness: The entire machine and internal key components are free of copper, iron, and zinc elements, eliminating the risk of metal ion pollution caused by air circulation from the source.
2) Efficient cooling: Based on the principle of water evaporation cooling, using the 5090 high-quality wet curtain, the outdoor hot air is efficiently cooled by 4-8 ℃ when passing through the wet curtain. At the same time, a large amount of filtered fresh air is introduced to the workshop, effectively solving the problems of insufficient fresh air and decreased oxygen content in enclosed workshops.
3) Strong wind pressure: relying on the advantages of centrifugal motors, the wind pressure is high and the air supply is far, which can meet the long-distance air supply needs of large workshops and ensure even coverage of cold air.
2. Auxiliary dehumidification unit: negative pressure fan system
Considering the high humidity in the Ningde region during summer, and the fact that a single evaporative air conditioner would theoretically increase the humidity in the air, we innovatively introduced a negative pressure fan system. The physical principle is to install a negative pressure fan on one side of the workshop wall, and after starting, force the original high temperature, high humidity, and dusty air in the workshop to be quickly extracted, forming a "pull-out" negative pressure environment indoors. This action has produced two positive effects:
1) Airflow guidance: The negative pressure zone guides the fresh cold air sent in by the air cooler on the other side to flow through the entire workshop in an orderly manner according to a preset path, forming a complete airflow organization of "fresh air entering → circulating cooling → polluted air discharge", avoiding local eddies and blind spots.
2) Humidity balance: By quickly removing some of the water vapor generated by personnel, equipment, and air coolers during operation in the workshop, the humidity in the workshop is effectively balanced, avoiding excessive humidity and keeping the working environment dry and comfortable while cooling down.
The two systems work together to establish an efficient "respiratory circulation system" for the workshop - the cold air fan is responsible for supplying "clean and cool fresh blood", while the negative pressure fan is responsible for timely discharging "turbid and stuffy metabolic waste". After the equipment was put into use, the temperature inside the workshop significantly decreased, the air circulation was fundamentally improved, and the overall environment was refreshed. More importantly, after precise control of temperature, humidity, and cleanliness, the quality stability of new energy battery production is effectively guaranteed, and the yield fluctuations caused by environmental factors are minimized, providing a solid environmental foundation for efficient and stable production in factories.
The comprehensive ventilation and cooling project created for the lithium battery production workshop of the new energy factory is not only a successful project practice, but also fully demonstrates the comprehensive solution capability of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration in complex working conditions.
