Project Background and Customer Requirements
The client of this project is located in Yueyang City, Hunan Province, and is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of various types of ordinary fishing gear and high-end carbon fiber fishing gear.
1. Geographic and Industrial Analysis:
Yueyang is located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon humid climate. The summer is characterized by high temperatures and high humidity, and the duration is long. Extreme temperatures often exceed 35 ℃, and the hot and humid weather is extremely unfavorable for high-intensity production operations. As the "northern gateway" of Hunan, Yueyang has formed a mature fishing gear manufacturing industry cluster relying on its geographical advantages of connecting rivers and reaching the sea, especially the high-end manufacturing industry represented by carbon fiber fishing gear is developing rapidly. The agglomeration effect of this industry makes the standard of production environment a key factor in the competitiveness of enterprises.
2. Production characteristics of fishing gear:
The customer mainly produces fishing rods, fishing wheels and other products. Taking carbon fiber fishing rods as an example, their production process involves multiple steps such as cutting, rolling, curing, grinding, and coating.
3. Production pain points: During the curing process of epoxy resin, there will be odors and trace amounts of heat; The grinding process will generate extremely fine dust; The painting workshop has high requirements for air cleanliness. The factory building is a five story reinforced concrete structure standard factory building, with each floor of moderate height and good lighting. But it mainly faces three major challenges:
1. Multi story structure thermal pressure effect: In multi story buildings, the rise of hot air causes the top floor temperature to be much higher than the bottom floor, forming a "steamer effect".
2. The contradiction between airtightness and heat dissipation: Although standard factories have good lighting, the window opening area is limited, and natural ventilation cannot meet the large-scale and high-intensity heat dissipation and dust removal needs.
3. Space utilization requirement: The production line layout should be compact, and no ventilation equipment should occupy valuable indoor floor working area.
Ruifeng Solution: Evaporative Air Cooler+Negative Pressure Fan Combination System
In response to the above difficulties, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team has tailored a combined ventilation and cooling solution of "evaporative air cooler post air supply+negative pressure fan overall exhaust" based on three core factors: geographical climate characteristics, multi story factory structure, and production process requirements.
Equipment layout and working principle:
1. Evaporative air cooler (installed on walls/roofs): Taking advantage of the large temperature difference between dry and wet spheres in Yueyang during summer (which is also the season with the best evaporative cooling effect), we install the air cooler on the exterior walls or roofs of buildings. The equipment draws fresh outdoor air and uses the natural physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" to lower the air temperature by 4-10 ℃. Then, it is precisely introduced into the indoor environment through the laid air supply ducts. This design occupies zero indoor floor area, completely solving the problem of tight space in multi story factories.
2. Negative pressure fan (installed on the opposite wall): Install a high flow negative pressure fan on the other side or top floor of the workshop to forcefully remove the hot air emitted from densely populated areas indoors, the waste heat generated by equipment operation, and the turbidity and odor generated by solidification and grinding processes from the outside.
