在实地调研中我们发现,虽然服务区整体建筑规模较大,但出于整体规划和管理成本的考量,管理方通常不会为全区域统一安装大型中央空调或固定通风设施。然而,服务区内的餐饮店、便利店、小吃档口等均由独立承包商运营。夏季高温时段,由于客流集中且空间相对密闭(或半开放),店内闷热感极强,直接影响了顾客的进店率与停留时间,进而制约了商家的营收。
如何在不对建筑结构做大改动、不产生高昂安装费的前提下,快速改善局部区域的通风降温问题,成了众多服务区商户的燃眉之急。

【 Project Background: The densely populated 'relay station' urgently needs to be upgraded 】
With the continuous increase in the number of cars in our country, the highway network is becoming increasingly dense. As an indispensable "relay station" in the road network - the highway service area, its function has gradually evolved from a single vehicle supply point to a comprehensive commercial node integrating catering, shopping, and leisure. A comfortable service area environment is not only related to the travel experience of passing drivers and passengers, but also an important window to showcase the city's image and transportation civilization.
Pain point analysis: Difficulty in implementing fixed facilities and business operations facing difficulties
In our field research, we found that although the overall building scale of the service area is relatively large, due to considerations of overall planning and management costs, the management usually does not install large central air conditioning or fixed ventilation facilities uniformly for the entire area. However, the restaurants, convenience stores, and snack stalls within the service area are all operated by independent contractors. During the high temperature period in summer, due to the concentration of passenger flow and relatively enclosed (or semi open) space, the store has a strong sense of stuffiness, which directly affects the customer's entry rate and stay time, thereby restricting the business's revenue.
How to quickly improve ventilation and cooling in local areas without making major changes to the building structure and incurring high installation costs has become a pressing issue for many service area merchants.
Ruifeng Plan: Combining Dynamic and Static, Winning with "Move"
In response to multiple factors such as high personnel mobility, open space, independent business operations, and limited installation conditions in the service area, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has abandoned the traditional fixed engineering approach and proposed a solution of "mobile fan combination, flexible deployment according to demand".
In this project, we adopted a combination arrangement of multiple mobile centrifugal air coolers (environmentally friendly air conditioners) and mobile industrial grade permanent magnet infinitely variable speed large fans. The core advantages and physical principles of this design are as follows:
1. Flexible mobility, adaptable to uncertain areas of pedestrian flow
The hotspots of passenger flow within the service area, such as pick-up points, rest areas, and queuing areas, will change over time. The bottom of the mobile fan is equipped with universal wheels, which can be pushed to designated locations for cooling at any time according to peak passenger flow periods and areas. During leisure time, it can be pushed to a corner or warehouse without affecting the daily business flow and store appearance of the merchant.
2. Physical cooling+natural ventilation, restoring comfortable 'natural wind'
1) Mobile air cooler (evaporative cooling): Using the physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat", the air temperature is lowered through a water curtain and continuously sent into the room. In a relatively open environment such as a service area, traditional air conditioning is difficult to lock in the cold air, and the air cooler not only sends out cooled cold air, but also fresh air rich in oxygen ions, which can effectively dispel the oil fume smell and turbidity in the kitchen or dining area.
2) Mobile industrial fan (gentle breeze blowing): Using permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive large-diameter fan blades (>1 meter), low-speed rotation produces a large area of three-dimensional breeze. The principle is to stir the air to form a wind flow, accelerate the evaporation of human sweat, and thus reduce the perceived temperature of the human body by 3-5 ℃. This kind of "natural wind" has a much more comfortable sensation than straight blowing hard wind, especially suitable for the elderly and children.
3. Plug and play, zero installation cost
No need to lay complex pipelines and circuits, the equipment can be plugged in and used immediately after arrival. For service area merchants, this means zero construction period and zero installation investment, greatly reducing the threshold for improving the environment.
