【 Project Background: When the 'Grassland Coal Capital' Encounters Safety Ventilation Challenges 】

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a vast territory and a typical temperate continental monsoon climate. The summer is short and hot, with a large temperature difference between day and night. In some areas, the highest temperature in summer can reach over 35 ℃. This is not only an important ecological barrier in China, but also an important energy and strategic resource base for the country. It is rich in coal resources, with developed mining and processing industries, and is known as the "Grassland Coal Capital". Its coal production and export volume rank among the top in the country, providing solid guarantees for national energy security.

On this vast land, the coal mining and processing operation area has long faced multiple challenges such as high temperature, dust, and equipment heat dissipation. More importantly, coal mining operation areas are typical flammable and explosive places. Once combustible substances such as coal dust and gas diffuse in the air encounter electric sparks or high temperatures, they are highly likely to cause safety accidents. In the high temperature environment of summer, the temperature in the work area remains high, which not only affects the physical health and working condition of frontline workers, but also puts strict requirements on the reliability of explosion-proof electrical equipment. Therefore, building a safe, efficient, and explosion-proof ventilation and cooling environment for coal mining and processing areas is a key link in ensuring safe production, preventing major risks, and improving operational efficiency.
