威尼科技的生产车间面积大、人员密集、设备发热量大,传统的中央空调不仅初投资高、运行成本大,且难以实现局部精准送风;而普通风扇又无法有效降温换气,难以满足生产环境的要求。

基于以上分析,瑞峰团队为客户推荐了蒸发式冷风机(环保空调)作为核心降温设备。该设备利用水蒸发吸热的物理原理,通过高效湿帘与风机系统,将室外新鲜空气降温后持续送入室内,形成正压环境,将车间内积聚的热空气、粉尘及异味迅速排出室外,实现“降温+换气+增氧”三效合一。

Weini Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weini Technology") is located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City. Guangzhou is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with high temperatures, high humidity, and long duration in summer, which places high demands on ventilation and cooling in production workshops. As an important manufacturing base in southern China, Guangzhou has gathered a large number of high standard medical equipment and protective equipment production enterprises, with significant industrial agglomeration effects and increasingly stringent requirements for the production environment.
Since 2003, Weini Technology has been focusing on the research and production of protective masks, with multiple international certifications such as EUA in the United States, CE in the European Union, AS1716 in Australia, and EAC in Russia. It has also participated in the development of the national standard GB2626 and the research and manufacturing of anti haze masks for police use by the Ministry of Public Security. The company has also innovatively developed traditional Chinese medicine antiviral functional masks, which is one of the first enterprises in China to combine the traditional Chinese medicine industry with mask manufacturing. Project Requirements and Design Ideas
The production workshop of Weini Technology has a large area, dense personnel, and high equipment heat generation. Traditional central air conditioning not only has high initial investment and operating costs, but also struggles to achieve precise local air supply; However, ordinary fans are unable to effectively cool and ventilate, making it difficult to meet the requirements of the production environment.
After conducting a thorough investigation of the on-site situation, the design personnel of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration have comprehensively considered the following factors:
1. Geographical environmental factors: The high temperature and humidity climate characteristics of Guangzhou require equipment to have strong cooling effects and good ventilation and air exchange capabilities;
2. Workshop structural characteristics: The workshop has a large space and high floor height, suitable for using positive pressure air supply for overall ventilation;
3. Equipment layout restrictions: The workshop is densely packed with equipment, so it is necessary to avoid occupying the production area and ensure smooth production flow;
4. Energy saving and environmental protection requirements: Customers hope to reduce operating costs while ensuring employee comfort and improving production efficiency.
Implementation and Effect of Ruifeng Plan
Based on the above analysis, the Ruifeng team recommends evaporative air coolers (environmentally friendly air conditioners) as the core cooling equipment for customers. This device utilizes the physical principle of water evaporation to absorb heat. Through an efficient wet curtain and fan system, it continuously sends fresh outdoor air into the room after cooling, creating a positive pressure environment. It quickly exhausts the accumulated hot air, dust, and odors in the workshop, achieving the three effects of "cooling+ventilation+oxygenation".
To maximize the saving of workshop space, all air coolers are installed on the outside of the wall, and the cold air is precisely introduced into each workstation area through a customized air duct system, ensuring the air supply effect without affecting the layout of internal equipment and production lines in the workshop. After the renovation, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, the air circulation was greatly improved, the working environment for employees was significantly improved, and the production efficiency and product qualification rate were also synchronously improved.
