As a key supply chain node in the region, this warehouse mainly undertakes the turnover tasks of food, medicine, and some light industrial products. Food and drugs are extremely sensitive to storage environments: high temperatures can easily cause food spoilage and changes in drug properties, while dust and microorganisms in the air may cause cross contamination, affecting product quality and safety. In addition, the warehouse has a huge area and high floor height, which is a typical high-rise space building. Natural ventilation is difficult to meet the demand, and there is a clear phenomenon of "heat up and stuffiness down". An efficient and clean ventilation and cooling solution is urgently needed.
Ruifeng Solution: Customized "Clean+Cooling" Integrated Design
In response to the special requirements of this project, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered the high temperature and humidity geographical climate of Dongguan, the air flow characteristics of tall spaces, and the high cleanliness requirements of food and medicine. 1. One machine dual-use, functional integration
