面对日益严格的行业标准与员工对工作环境的诉求,如何在不影响正常仓储作业的前提下,有效改善这一区域的通风降温问题,成为了管理方面临的迫切挑战。

【方案设计与核心策略】

瑞峰环保制冷的工程技术团队在深入现场勘察后,综合考虑了地理气候特征、仓储行业动态需求、现有建筑结构局限、以及投资与运营成本等多重因素,最终摒弃了传统固定式、高投入的中央空调方案,创新性地提出了一套“移动离心式冷风机 + 移动工业级大风扇”的组合式灵活解决方案。

此方案的设计逻辑主要基于以下几点考量:

1、灵活应对动态布局:仓储中心的货架及作业区域常因业务流转而变动。我们选用的移动式设备(包括带万向轮的冷风机与大风扇)可随时根据区域功能调整而快速移位,实现了“设备跟随人走,降温跟随需求走”的精准匹配。

Application Case of Mobile Ventilation and Cooling Solution in a Large Warehouse Center in Shanghai Free Trade Zone

[Project Background]

In the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (Bonded Zone), there is a core warehousing center serving Yangshan Deepwater Port and Pudong International Airport. As a key node in the international logistics chain, this place has a large cargo throughput all year round, and has extremely high requirements for the stability of the storage environment and the efficiency of personnel operations.

The main body of the center was renovated from a large color steel factory building. Although the building has undergone basic insulation treatment, the climate characteristics of high temperature, high humidity, and long duration in Shanghai during summer, coupled with the inherent structural characteristics of storage spaces such as large area, high height, and poor air flow, make indoor environments prone to stuffiness and oxygen deficiency.

Faced with increasingly strict industry standards and employees' demands for a working environment, how to effectively improve ventilation and cooling in this area without affecting normal warehousing operations has become an urgent challenge for management.

Scheme Design and Core Strategy

After conducting in-depth on-site investigations, the engineering and technical team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration comprehensively considered multiple factors such as geographical and climatic characteristics, dynamic demands of the warehousing industry, limitations of existing building structures, and investment and operating costs. Eventually, they abandoned the traditional fixed and high investment central air conditioning solution and innovatively proposed a flexible combination solution of "mobile centrifugal air coolers+mobile industrial grade large fans".

The design logic of this plan is mainly based on the following considerations:

1. Flexible response to dynamic layout: The shelves and work areas in the warehouse center often change due to business flow. The mobile devices we have selected, including air coolers with swivel wheels and large fans, can be quickly adjusted according to regional functions at any time, achieving precise matching of "devices following people, cooling following needs".

2. The scientific application of physical principles:

1) Mobile centrifugal air cooler: utilizing the natural physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat". When hot air passes through a moist curtain, water molecules absorb heat from the air and convert it into a gaseous state, thereby converting the humid and hot air into clean cold air and sending it into the work area. This process not only effectively cools down (usually up to 4-10 ℃), but also continuously replenishes fresh oxygen indoors.

2) Mobile industrial grade large fan: using large fan blades to generate a large area of gentle three-dimensional natural wind. This type of wind is not a rigid strong wind blowing directly, but a continuous air convection formed by stirring the upper layer of hot air and the lower layer of air, causing the perceived temperature of the human body to drop by 3-5 ℃, bringing a comfortable feeling like "natural wind".

3. Low cost and high return: For large open spaces, using integrated air conditioning for cooling not only consumes a lot of energy, but also has poor results. The unit area investment cost of centrifugal air coolers and high-power fans is extremely low, and the operating power consumption is small, which maximally saves customers the initial equipment procurement and long-term operation expenses.

4. Plug and play convenience: The mobile design completely eliminates the need for complex duct installation and wiring. After the device is delivered, it is plug and play and can be easily removed when idle, without occupying any storage space, perfectly meeting the management requirements of the warehouse center for "efficiency and cleanliness".

Implementation effect and value enhancement

After the implementation of the plan, the working environment of the warehouse center has been significantly improved:

1. Significant improvement in physical comfort: The large air volume and soft "natural wind" cover the main work area, effectively dispelling the stuffiness and heat during the high temperature season, ensuring the physical and mental health of on-site workers, and indirectly improving the efficiency of storage circulation and sorting operations.

2. Optimization of item storage environment: Continuous air circulation not only improves the personnel environment, but also effectively avoids mold or odor that may occur in goods due to high temperature and humidity, ensuring the storage environment of items.

3. Enhanced operational flexibility: With seasonal changes or adjustments to regional functions, mobile devices can be redeployed at any time, which is unmatched by traditional fixed devices.

The successful implementation of the Shanghai Bonded Zone Warehouse Center, although designed for specific warehousing scenarios, has highly replicable logic and experience in its solution.
