该项目位于温州瑞安飞云镇。温州地处浙南沿海,属亚热带季风气候,夏季高温高湿,闷热天气持续时间长。温州作为“中国鞋都”,制鞋业历史悠久,产业链完备,但制鞋工艺中的冷粘环节,对车间环境有着特殊要求。

该厂的冷粘车间原本已安装冷风机进行降温,但在实际生产中,车间内因胶水挥发产生的刺激性气味,以及生产设备与人员密集作业产生的热量,难以通过原有设备有效排出。这不仅影响了车间内的空气质量,也降低了工作人员的舒适度与专注力,存在改善通风降温条件的迫切需求。

瑞峰方案设计人员在充分勘察现场后,综合考虑了车间布局、生产工位分布、现有冷风机位置及气流组织等因素。针对该车间对温湿度无严格精度要求、核心痛点在于保证空气流通、迅速排出浊气与热量的特点,选用了永磁工业接力风扇作为解决方案。设计团队依据选型风扇的最远35-40米送风距离和高效覆盖范围,科学计算了风扇的安装数量与布局点位,利用接力式送风的方式,在车间内构建起立体、流畅的空气循环通道,确保气流能覆盖至每一处需要改善的区域。

永磁工业接力风扇的核心优势在于其采用的永磁同步外转子电机。该电机无需碳刷和霍尔元件,实现了直流直驱,彻底摒弃了传统风扇复杂的传动机构。其核心物理原理是:电能直接驱动永磁转子旋转,减少了中间环节的机械损耗,因此具备体积小、效率高、能耗低的特点。搭配机翼型仿生扇叶设计,运行时噪音更低,却能以巨大的风量推动空气形成“接力”效应,有效打破车间内的空气分层,将冷风机产生的冷量均匀混合,并将聚集在上层、角落的浊气和热空气源源不断地推向室外。

设备启用后,车间内的通风环境得到立竿见影的改善。胶水气味迅速被驱散,人员体感温度明显下降,舒适度大幅提升,工人们在清新、凉爽的环境中工作效率也更高。业主方对此次改造效果非常满意。

The project is located in Feiyun Town, Rui'an, Wenzhou. Wenzhou is located along the southern coast of Zhejiang, with a subtropical monsoon climate. The summer is characterized by high temperatures and humidity, and the hot and humid weather lasts for a long time. Wenzhou, as the "Shoe Capital of China", has a long history in the footwear industry and a complete industrial chain. However, the cold bonding process in shoemaking has special requirements for the workshop environment.

The cold bonding workshop of the factory was originally equipped with air coolers for cooling, but in actual production, the irritating odor generated by the evaporation of glue in the workshop, as well as the heat generated by intensive operations of production equipment and personnel, are difficult to effectively discharge through the original equipment. This not only affects the air quality in the workshop, but also reduces the comfort and concentration of the staff, and there is an urgent need to improve ventilation and cooling conditions.

After a thorough investigation of the site, the designers of the Ruifeng plan took into account factors such as workshop layout, distribution of production workstations, location of existing air coolers, and airflow organization. In response to the lack of strict precision requirements for temperature and humidity in the workshop, and the core pain point of ensuring air circulation and quickly eliminating turbidity and heat, a permanent magnet industrial relay fan was selected as the solution. The design team scientifically calculated the installation quantity and layout points of fans based on the maximum air supply distance of 35-40 meters and efficient coverage range of the selected fans. Using a relay air supply method, a three-dimensional and smooth air circulation channel was constructed in the workshop to ensure that the airflow can cover every area that needs improvement.

The core advantage of permanent magnet industrial relay fans lies in the use of permanent magnet synchronous outer rotor motors. This motor does not require carbon brushes and Hall elements, achieving direct current drive and completely abandoning the complex transmission mechanism of traditional fans. The core physical principle is that electrical energy directly drives the permanent magnet rotor to rotate, reducing mechanical losses in intermediate links, thus possessing the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, and low energy consumption. Paired with wing shaped biomimetic fan blade design, it operates with lower noise but can generate a "relay" effect by pushing air with huge air volume, effectively breaking the air stratification in the workshop, evenly mixing the cooling capacity generated by the air cooler, and continuously pushing the turbid and hot air gathered in the upper layer and corners towards the outside.

After the equipment was put into use, the ventilation environment in the workshop was immediately improved. The smell of glue is quickly dispersed, and the perceived temperature of personnel decreases significantly, greatly improving comfort. Workers work more efficiently in a fresh and cool environment. The owner is very satisfied with the effect of this renovation.
