【方案设计:跳出固定思维,移动机扇的“组合拳”】

【 Project Background: Summer Challenge in the Outdoor Square of the Hometown of a Grandmaster 】
The Huang Feihong Lion Art Martial Arts Museum is located in Luzhou Village at the foot of Xiqiao Mountain in Nanhai District, Foshan City. This is the birthplace and former residence of the martial arts master Huang Feihong. The martial arts school adopts the ancient architectural style of the late Qing Dynasty, with flying eaves and upturned corners, and a solemn atmosphere. The museum is equipped with a bronze statue of Huang Feihong, Baozhi Forest, Baicao Hall, and Guan Dexing Memorial Hall. It is not only a holy place to admire the style of the master, but also an important inheritance site for Nanshi culture and martial arts performances. Four exciting martial arts and lion dance performances are held daily in the museum (9:30, 10:30, 14:30, 15:30), attracting visitors from home and abroad.
The core area of the martial arts studio is an open-air performance square with four open sides. Located in the hinterland of the the Pearl River Delta, Foshan Nanhai has a subtropical monsoon climate characterized by "hot summer". The average temperature in July is as high as 29.0 ℃, and the extreme high temperature even exceeds 39.2 ℃. During the long summer, the intense sunlight shines directly on the square, and the high temperature and stuffiness become the "invisible killers" that affect the audience experience and performers' performance. How to bring coolness to this fully open space while respecting the ancient architectural style and not damaging the visual landscape has become a practical challenge for the museum.
【 Scheme Design: Breaking out of Fixed Thinking, Mobile Fan's' Combination Fist '】
Faced with this special requirement, the design personnel of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration went deep into the site and comprehensively considered multiple constraints:
1. Geographical and climatic factors: The local summer high temperature lasts for a long time and requires coping with extreme hot weather;
2. Space characteristics: The square has a fully open structure, which cannot form a closed space to lock in air conditioning. Traditional central air conditioning solutions are neither economical nor feasible;
3. Usage scenario: The flow of people fluctuates in a tidal pattern (with dense crowds during performances and usually open spaces), and sufficient safety and visual space must be left during performances;
4. Landscape requirement: As a tourist attraction with the architectural style of the late Qing Dynasty, no equipment installation shall damage the ancient style of the museum.
Based on the above analysis, the Ruifeng team abandoned the fixed installation concept and creatively proposed a comprehensive layout plan of "mobile centrifugal air cooler+mobile industrial grade permanent magnet stepless speed regulating large fan". The design concept of this' mobile fan combination 'stems from a profound insight into the dynamic requirements on site:
The uncertainty of personnel flow determines the flexibility of equipment. At the beginning of the performance, personnel quickly gather and mobile devices can be quickly pushed to designated areas by staff to start working; After the performance, the tourists disperse and the equipment can be easily moved back to its original position, achieving precise service of "people coming, machines turning, people walking, machines stopping" without affecting the daily activities and scenery of the square.
The limitations of a fully open environment determine the choice of cooling technology. The most scientific and economical strategy is to use evaporative air coolers and industrial large fans to create "local comfortable air" in spaces that cannot be sealed. They utilize the physical principles of evaporation, heat absorption, and high air flow disturbance: the air cooler humidifies a special material wet curtain through the internal water circulation system. When hot air passes through the wet curtain, the moisture absorbs heat and evaporates into water vapor, causing the air temperature to drop by 5-12 ℃ and sending out moist and fresh cool air; Industrial grade large fans, on the other hand, generate a large area of three-dimensional natural wind through the low-speed rotation of huge blades (with a diameter of over 1 meter), accelerating the evaporation of sweat on the surface of the human body and bringing about a "lake wind" effect of perceived cooling.

Significant improvement in physical sensation: The high air volume air cooler and fan work together to create a wide coverage of airflow circulation in the square audience seats and performance areas, greatly dissipating the original stuffiness and heat.
