广州地处亚热带季风气候区,常年气温偏高、湿度较大,尤其在夏季,高温高湿的环境对人和动物都是一种考验。该奶牛场产奶中心位于广州市近郊,承担着为周边市民提供新鲜牛奶的重要任务。奶牛的健康状况直接关系到产奶量与奶质,而养殖环境的舒适度又是影响奶牛健康的关键因素之一。研究表明,奶牛在适宜的温度和通风条件下,产奶量可提升10%以上。因此,改善养殖环境,不仅是提升产能的需要,更是保障市民能喝到优质、新鲜牛奶的责任所在。
该产奶中心建筑结构相对通透,但由于缺乏有效的通风降温设施,夏季高温时段内部闷热,奶牛容易出现热应激反应,影响采食与产奶。为应对这一挑战,瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计团队深入现场调研,综合考虑了广州地区气候特点、养殖行业的特殊需求、设备投入成本等多方面因素,最终提出了一套灵活、经济、高效的通风降温解决方案——采用多台移动离心式冷风机与移动工业级大风扇相结合的布置方式。
这一设计思路的合理性体现在以下几个方面:
1、灵活应对养殖规模的变动:奶牛养殖存在数量增减的不确定性,传统的固定安装设备难以适应这种动态变化。而移动机型无需固定安装,可根据实际需要灵活布置,真正做到“即用即开、不用即移”,大大提升了设备的利用率。
2、适应开放式环境的局部降温需求:产奶中心为相对开放式结构,不适合全面封闭式的空调系统。离心式冷风机利用“水蒸发降温”原理,通过水分蒸发吸收空气中的热量,能有效降低局部环境温度3~5℃;而工业级大风扇则通过大直径扇叶(超过1米)产生强劲的“自然风”,加速空气流动,带走体表热量,达到通风降温的双重效果。
3、物理原理带来自然舒适体验:冷风机与风扇的结合,模拟了自然界中的风与湿气协同作用,不仅降温效果明显,更能带来清新、自然的空气流动。这种“自然风”有助于减少奶牛呼吸道疾病的发生,提升奶牛的整体健康水平,进而保障产奶量与奶质的稳定。
4、降低建设成本与后期维护难度:移动设备无需土建安装,省去了传统通风系统所需的大量管道、支架等配套设施建设费用。设备本身运行成本低、维护简单,极大地节省了养殖场的运营开支。
项目实施后,产奶中心内部空气流通显著改善,奶牛体感舒适度大幅提升,采食量增加,情绪稳定,产奶量较之前提升了约15%。养殖场负责人表示,设备运行安静、稳定,几乎不影响奶牛日常作息,效果超出预期。

The high temperature and humidity environment pose a challenge to both humans and animals. The dairy farm's milk production center is located in the outskirts of Guangzhou and is responsible for providing fresh milk to the surrounding residents. The health status of cows is directly related to milk production and quality, and the comfort of the breeding environment is one of the key factors affecting the health of cows. Research has shown that cows can increase milk production by more than 10% under suitable temperature and ventilation conditions. Therefore, improving the breeding environment is not only a need to increase production capacity, but also a responsibility to ensure that citizens can drink high-quality and fresh milk.
The building structure of the milk production center is relatively transparent, but due to the lack of effective ventilation and cooling facilities, the interior is hot and humid during the high temperature period in summer, and cows are prone to heat stress reactions, which affect feeding and milk production. To address this challenge, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration conducted in-depth on-site research, taking into account various factors such as the climate characteristics of Guangzhou, the special needs of the aquaculture industry, and equipment investment costs. Finally, a flexible, economical, and efficient ventilation and cooling solution was proposed, which combines multiple mobile centrifugal air coolers with mobile industrial grade large fans.
The rationality of this design concept is reflected in the following aspects:
1. Flexible response to changes in breeding scale: There is uncertainty in the quantity of dairy farming, and traditional fixed installation equipment is difficult to adapt to this dynamic change. Mobile models do not require fixed installation and can be flexibly arranged according to actual needs, truly achieving "ready to use, ready to move" and greatly improving equipment utilization.
2. Adapting to the local cooling needs of open environments: The milk production center has a relatively open structure and is not suitable for fully enclosed air conditioning systems. Centrifugal air coolers utilize the principle of "water evaporation cooling" to absorb heat from the air through water evaporation, effectively reducing local environmental temperatures by 3-5 ℃; Industrial grade large fans generate strong "natural wind" through large-diameter blades (over 1 meter), accelerating air flow and taking away surface heat, achieving a dual effect of ventilation and cooling.
3. The principle of physics brings a natural and comfortable experience: the combination of air coolers and fans simulates the synergistic effect of wind and moisture in nature, which not only has a significant cooling effect, but also brings fresh and natural air flow. This' natural wind 'helps reduce the occurrence of respiratory diseases in cows, improve their overall health level, and thus ensure stable milk production and quality.
4. Reducing construction costs and later maintenance difficulties: Mobile devices do not require civil engineering installation, saving the construction costs of a large number of supporting facilities such as pipelines and brackets required for traditional ventilation systems. The equipment itself has low operating costs and simple maintenance, greatly saving the operating expenses of the breeding farm.
After the implementation of the project, the air circulation inside the milk production center has significantly improved, the comfort level of the cows has greatly increased, their feed intake has increased, their emotions have stabilized, and their milk production has increased by about 15% compared to before. The head of the breeding farm stated that the equipment operates quietly and stably, almost without affecting the daily routine of the cows, and the effect exceeds expectations.
