本项目位于佛山市南海区,地处珠江三角洲腹地,属亚热带海洋性季风气候,全年温暖潮湿,夏季漫长且高温多雨,冬季短暂温和。佛山作为全国重要的制造业基地,尤其在家居建材、纺织服装、智能家居等领域具有深厚的产业基础。窗帘生产作为家居产业链的重要一环,对生产环境的温湿度、空气流通及洁净度有一定要求,良好的车间环境不仅有助于提升员工的工作舒适度,也能保障布料的加工质量和设备的稳定运行。

此次改造的车间为智能窗帘生产企业的缝制车间,建筑面积达3000平方米,挑高达10米,属典型的大平层彩钢框架结构。车间采用砖砌墙体与隔热彩钢瓦屋顶相结合,配备大面积玻璃窗,采光良好,整体密封性较强。由于生产工艺的特殊性,缝制产品体积较大,工位布局相对宽松,不像服装或鞋业车间那样密集。同时,4米以上空间无任何管道设备,净空条件优越,为定点岗位的气流布局提供了理想条件。

针对该车间的实际情况,瑞峰环保制冷设计团队综合考量了佛山地区高温高湿的气候特点、车间建筑结构、空间高度、工位布局及生产工艺需求等多重因素,量身定制了一套高效节能的通风降温方案:采用大风量离心式冷风机+长风管均匀送风组合系统。

离心式冷风机具备强大的送风能力,能够将室外新鲜空气经过降温处理后,通过长风管远距离输送至车间各个工位。设备安装于建筑墙体外侧,有效节省室内使用面积,避免对生产布局造成干扰。长风管吊挂在4米左右的上部空间,气流组织科学合理,确保冷风均匀覆盖整个作业区域。大风量形成的正压环境,能够将室内人员及设备产生的热气、浊气持续排出室外,显著改善空气质量。

从物理原理来看,离心式冷风机通过强制对流换热,将室外空气降温后送入室内,形成持续的新风补充;正压排风则有效抑制外部热空气渗入,保持室内温度稳定。该系统运行后,车间温度明显下降,空气流通性增强,员工体感舒适度大幅提升,工作效率也随之提高。同时,适宜的温度和湿度环境有助于减少布料因高温潮湿引发的形变或静电问题,进一步提升产品品质。

The project is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, in the hinterland of the the Pearl River Delta, and belongs to the subtropical marine monsoon climate. It is warm and humid all year round, with long summer, high temperature and rain, and short and mild winter. Foshan, as an important manufacturing base in China, has a strong industrial foundation, especially in the fields of home building materials, textiles and clothing, and smart homes. As an important part of the home industry chain, curtain production has certain requirements for the temperature, humidity, air circulation, and cleanliness of the production environment. A good workshop environment not only helps to improve the comfort of employees, but also ensures the processing quality of fabrics and the stable operation of equipment.

The renovated workshop is a sewing workshop for an intelligent curtain production enterprise, with a building area of 3000 square meters and a height of 10 meters. It is a typical large flat color steel frame structure. The workshop adopts a combination of brick walls and insulated color steel tile roofs, equipped with large glass windows for good lighting and strong overall sealing. Due to the particularity of production technology, the volume of sewn products is relatively large, and the layout of workstations is relatively loose, unlike clothing or footwear workshops that are densely packed. At the same time, there are no pipeline equipment in spaces over 4 meters, and the clearance conditions are superior, providing ideal conditions for the airflow layout of designated positions.

Based on the actual situation of the workshop, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Design Team has comprehensively considered multiple factors such as the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics of Foshan area, workshop building structure, spatial height, workstation layout, and production process requirements, and tailored an efficient and energy-saving ventilation and cooling plan: using a combination system of high air volume centrifugal air coolers and long air ducts for uniform air supply.

Centrifugal air coolers have strong air supply capabilities, which can cool outdoor fresh air and transport it to various workstations in the workshop through long air ducts over long distances. The equipment is installed on the outside of the building wall, effectively saving indoor usable area and avoiding interference with the production layout. The long air duct is hung in the upper space of about 4 meters, and the airflow organization is scientific and reasonable to ensure that the cold air evenly covers the entire work area. The positive pressure environment formed by high air volume can continuously discharge the hot and humid air generated by indoor personnel and equipment outdoors, significantly improving air quality.

From a physical principle perspective, centrifugal air coolers use forced convection heat transfer to cool outdoor air before sending it indoors, creating a continuous supply of fresh air; Positive pressure exhaust effectively suppresses the infiltration of external hot air and maintains stable indoor temperature. After the system was put into operation, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, the air circulation was enhanced, the comfort level of employees was greatly improved, and the work efficiency also increased accordingly. Meanwhile, a suitable temperature and humidity environment can help reduce deformation or static electricity problems caused by high temperature and humidity in fabrics, further improving product quality.
