广州市南沙区地处珠江口沿岸,属于典型的亚热带海洋性气候,全年温暖湿润,夏季高温多雨,湿度常在70%以上,冬季温和短暂。作为珠三角核心城市之一,广州工业基础雄厚,尤其是制造业、纺织、化工等行业发达,对生产环境的温湿度控制有着较高要求。

本次服务的客户——广州市南沙明旺合成纤维厂,是一家专业从事合成纤维生产的企业。合成纤维是以石油、天然气等为原料,通过化学合成、纺丝等工艺制成的纤维材料,具有强度高、耐磨、耐腐蚀等特点,广泛应用于纺织、工业用布、非织造布等领域。

该企业的生产车间位于一栋多层钢筋混凝土结构的标准厂房内,内部布局紧凑,生产工艺包括熔融、挤压、纺丝、拉伸、卷绕等多个环节,设备密集,产热量大,且伴有少量异味散发。车间整体密闭性较好,虽有助于控制外部尘埃进入,但也导致内部热量和异味难以自然排出。

在方案设计阶段,瑞峰公司的技术团队综合考虑了多方面因素:一是广州地区高温高湿的气候特点,二是车间内部设备发热量大、人员密集的实际情况,三是业主对生产环境的湿度变化不敏感,无需投入高昂的空调系统。因此,我们决定采用“蒸发式冷风机+负压风机”的组合方案,既实现高效降温,又控制投资与运行成本。

为不占用车间宝贵的生产空间,我们将蒸发式冷风机安装在车间墙外侧,通过风管将冷却后的新鲜空气引入室内。冷风机利用水蒸发吸热的物理原理,在高温干燥环境下能有效降低空气温度5~10℃,并增加空气湿度,改善空气品质。同时,为及时排出车间内的异味和积聚的热量,我们根据车间体积和换气需求,科学计算并安装多台负压风机,形成由外向内、由一侧向另一侧的定向气流,确保车间内空气每小时换气次数达到设计要求。

设备安装运行后,车间内温度明显下降,空气流通顺畅,异味迅速排出,员工工作环境大幅改善,体感舒适度显著提升。同时,稳定的温湿度环境也有助于生产设备的平稳运行,保障了纤维产品的品质一致性,得到了客户的高度认可。

Nansha District of Guangzhou is located along the coast of the the Pearl River Estuary, which belongs to a typical subtropical marine climate. It is warm and humid all year round, hot and rainy in summer, humidity often above 70%, and mild and short in winter. As one of the core cities in the Pearl River Delta, Guangzhou has a strong industrial foundation, especially in the manufacturing, textile, chemical and other industries, which have high requirements for temperature and humidity control in the production environment.

The client of this service - Guangzhou Nansha Mingwang Synthetic Fiber Factory, is a professional enterprise engaged in the production of synthetic fibers. Synthetic fibers are fiber materials made from petroleum, natural gas, and other raw materials through chemical synthesis, spinning, and other processes. They have the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and are widely used in textile, industrial fabrics, non-woven fabrics, and other fields.

The production workshop of the enterprise is located in a standard multi story reinforced concrete structure factory building, with a compact internal layout. The production process includes multiple stages such as melting, extrusion, spinning, stretching, and winding, with dense equipment, high heat generation, and a small amount of odor emission. The overall airtightness of the workshop is good, which helps to control the entry of external dust, but also makes it difficult for internal heat and odors to be naturally discharged.

In the design phase of the plan, the technical team of Ruifeng Company comprehensively considered multiple factors: first, the climate characteristics of high temperature and humidity in Guangzhou area; second, the actual situation of high heat generation and dense personnel in the workshop equipment; third, the owner is not sensitive to changes in humidity in the production environment and does not need to invest in expensive air conditioning systems. Therefore, we have decided to adopt a combination of "evaporative air cooler+negative pressure fan" to achieve efficient cooling while controlling investment and operating costs.

To avoid occupying valuable production space in the workshop, we installed evaporative air coolers on the outside of the workshop walls and introduced cooled fresh air into the room through air ducts. Air coolers utilize the physical principle of water evaporation to absorb heat, effectively reducing air temperature by 5-10 ℃ and increasing air humidity in high-temperature and dry environments, thus improving air quality. At the same time, in order to promptly eliminate odors and accumulated heat in the workshop, we scientifically calculated and installed multiple negative pressure fans based on the workshop volume and ventilation requirements, forming a directional airflow from outside to inside and from one side to the other, ensuring that the hourly air exchange rate in the workshop meets the design requirements.

After the installation and operation of the equipment, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, the air circulation was smooth, the odor was quickly eliminated, the working environment for employees was greatly improved, and the physical comfort was significantly enhanced. Meanwhile, a stable temperature and humidity environment also contributes to the smooth operation of production equipment, ensuring the consistency of fiber product quality and gaining high recognition from customers.

The ventilation and cooling solution tailored by Ruifeng Company for synthetic fiber factories this time, although serving the fiber production industry, its technical ideas and equipment selection methods are also applicable to various industrial scenarios, such as textile workshops, injection molding workshops, food processing plants, warehousing and logistics centers, and other large space buildings.
