【聚合物电池生产工艺与车间环境要求】

It is hot and rainy in summer, with long periods of humidity and heat. The average annual temperature is about 22 ° C, and high temperatures of over 35 ° C often occur in summer, with high humidity throughout the year. Juheyuan Technology was founded in 2007 and is affiliated with Dongda Mining Group. Production process and workshop environment requirements for polymer batteries

Polymer lithium batteries are widely used in modern consumer electronics and power equipment due to their lightweight, high energy density, and good safety performance. Its production process includes multiple stages such as electrode coating, lamination, liquid injection, chemical transformation, aging, etc., and is extremely sensitive to environmental cleanliness, temperature and humidity, and ventilation conditions.

Especially in the injection and formation processes, a small amount of organic solvent volatile gas is prone to accumulate in the workshop. If ventilation is poor, it not only affects the health of employees, but may also affect the consistency of battery performance and equipment operation stability. Therefore, the production workshop must have good ventilation and air exchange capabilities, while also taking into account temperature and humidity control to ensure the stability and comfort of the production environment.

After conducting a field survey of the Juheyuan Technology production workshop, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology team has developed a targeted ventilation and cooling plan, taking into account the following factors:

1. Geographical and climatic factors: Shenzhen experiences high temperatures and humidity in summer, and relying solely on natural ventilation is insufficient to meet the cooling needs. Therefore, efficient and energy-saving mechanical ventilation cooling equipment needs to be introduced.

2. Production process requirements: Temperature and humidity should be controlled during battery production to avoid the impact of high temperatures on battery performance. At the same time, volatile gases in the workshop should be promptly eliminated to ensure fresh air.

3. Space utilization limitations: The equipment in the workshop is dense, and the ground space is precious, making it unsuitable to install large floor standing equipment.

Based on the above analysis, the Ruifeng team recommends using an evaporative cooling fan system. This device utilizes the physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" and combines wet curtain cooling with fan air supply to cool the outdoor air and send it into the workshop. At the same time, it uses positive pressure to discharge indoor hot air and odorous gases, achieving a dual effect of efficient cooling and ventilation.

To avoid occupying valuable space in the workshop, all air coolers are installed on the outside of the workshop walls, and fresh cold air is introduced into key indoor work areas through air ducts. This design not only ensures the safe operation of the equipment, but also avoids disorderly pipelines in the workshop, improving overall cleanliness and aesthetics.
