本次项目位于佛山市顺德区北滘镇的莘村中学食堂。顺德地处珠江三角洲腹地,属亚热带海洋性季风气候,夏季高温漫长且湿度大,体感闷热。学校食堂作为寄宿制学校的核心生活配套设施,承载着全校师生一日三餐的重任,其环境质量不仅关乎学生的饮食健康,更直接影响着师生的就餐心情与学校的整体教学质量。一个凉爽、空气流通的就餐环境,是提升学生校园生活幸福感的重要一环。

该食堂为单层大平层结构,采用彩钢瓦屋顶与砖砌墙体,尽管采光良好,但彩钢瓦的强导热性使得室内在夏季如同“蒸笼”。食堂总面积达6000平方米,挑高约10米,分为学生就餐区与教师就餐区。由于是寄宿制,每到用餐高峰时段,近千名学生同时涌入,人员高度密集,导致室内二氧化碳浓度飙升、热气积聚,仅靠自然通风和风扇根本无法解决闷热问题,改善就餐环境刻不容缓。

【设计方案:大风量离心式冷风机+长风管布局组合】

针对该食堂的特殊情况,瑞峰环保制冷的设计团队深入现场勘测,综合考虑了佛山当地高温高湿的气候特征、彩钢瓦结构的强吸热性、高达10米的挑空大空间以及高峰时段人员密集产生的巨大热负荷等多种因素,摒弃了传统家用空调或普通风扇的无效方案,最终制定了一套极具针对性的专业解决方案:

1. 核心设备:大风量离心式冷风机

我们采用工业级大风量离心式冷风机作为冷源。其核心原理是利用“水蒸发吸热”这一自然物理现象:当室外新鲜空气通过湿帘时,水膜迅速吸收空气中的热量并蒸发,从而将空气温度降低4-10℃,同时增加空气湿度。离心风机则负责将这些清凉、湿润、洁净的新鲜空气,以强大动力送入风管,实现远距离输送。

2. 安装布局:设备外置+长风管均匀送风

为了最大化利用室内空间,我们将所有冷风机设备安装在建筑墙体外侧,完全不占用食堂内部宝贵的就餐面积。冷气通过精心设计的长风管网络,被引导至食堂10米高的上部空间。通过风管上开设的众多出风口,冷气均匀地向下沉降,覆盖整个就餐区域。这种“上送下回”的气流组织方式,能有效置换室内热空气。大风量送入的新风在室内形成微正压,将师生呼出的浊气、炉灶传递的余热以及彩钢瓦屋顶的热辐射从门窗缝隙中“挤”出室外,实现空气的全面置换与降温。

3. 细节考量:空气幕阻断冷量流失

考虑到食堂就餐高峰期人员进出极其频繁,若大门常开,室内冷气将大量外泄,造成能源浪费;若大门常闭,又严重影响通行效率。为此,我们特意在出入大门上方安装了风幕机。(专业拓展:风幕机的工作原理是通过强劲的风力产生一道看不见的空气幕墙。这道高速气流能将室内外空气进行有效分隔,既能阻挡室外的热浪、蚊虫和灰尘侵入,又能防止室内的冷气外溢,同时保证了人员和车辆的顺畅通行,是大型公共场所节能环保的“隐形门”。)

Project Background and Challenge: Creating a Comfortable Dining Environment for Students

This project is located in the cafeteria of Shencun Middle School in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City. Shunde is located in the hinterland of the the Pearl River Delta and has a subtropical marine monsoon climate. It has a long high temperature and high humidity in summer and feels stuffy. As the core living facilities of boarding schools, the school cafeteria bears the responsibility of providing three meals a day for all teachers and students. Its environmental quality not only affects students' dietary health, but also directly affects their dining mood and the overall teaching quality of the school. A cool and well ventilated dining environment is an important part of enhancing students' sense of happiness in campus life.

The canteen is a single story large flat structure, with a color steel tile roof and brick walls. Although the lighting is good, the strong thermal conductivity of the color steel tiles makes the indoor space feel like a "steamer" in summer. The total area of the cafeteria is 6000 square meters, with a height of about 10 meters, divided into a student dining area and a teacher dining area. Due to the boarding system, nearly a thousand students flock in at the same time during peak meal times, resulting in a high density of people and a surge in indoor carbon dioxide concentration and heat accumulation. Natural ventilation and fans alone cannot solve the problem of stuffiness, and improving the dining environment is urgent.

Design Proposal: Combination of High Airflow Centrifugal Air Cooler and Long Duct Layout

In response to the special situation of the canteen, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration conducted an in-depth on-site survey and comprehensively considered various factors such as the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics of Foshan, the strong heat absorption of the color steel tile structure, the large space of up to 10 meters, and the huge heat load generated by dense personnel during peak hours. They abandoned the ineffective solutions of traditional household air conditioning or ordinary fans and ultimately developed a highly targeted professional solution:

1. Core equipment: high air volume centrifugal air cooler

We use industrial grade high air volume centrifugal air coolers as the cooling source. The core principle is to utilize the natural physical phenomenon of "water evaporation absorbs heat": when fresh outdoor air passes through a wet curtain, the water film quickly absorbs heat from the air and evaporates, thereby reducing the air temperature by 4-10 ℃ and increasing air humidity. Centrifugal fans are responsible for delivering cool, moist, and clean fresh air into ducts with powerful power, achieving long-distance transportation.

2. Installation layout: External device+long air duct for uniform air supply

In order to maximize the use of indoor space, we installed all the air cooling equipment on the outside of the building walls, without occupying any valuable dining area inside the cafeteria. The air conditioning is guided to the upper space of the cafeteria, which is 10 meters high, through a carefully designed network of long air ducts. Through the numerous air outlets on the air duct, the cold air evenly sinks downwards, covering the entire dining area. This "upward return" airflow organization method can effectively replace indoor hot air. The fresh air sent in by high air volume forms a slight positive pressure indoors, squeezing out the turbid air exhaled by teachers and students, the waste heat transmitted by the stove, and the thermal radiation from the color steel tile roof through the gaps between doors and windows, achieving comprehensive air replacement and cooling.

3. Detail consideration: Air curtain blocks the loss of cooling capacity

Considering the extremely frequent entry and exit of personnel during peak dining hours in the cafeteria, if the main door is kept open, a large amount of indoor air conditioning will leak out, resulting in energy waste; If the gate is constantly closed, it will seriously affect the efficiency of traffic. For this reason, we have specially installed air curtains above the entrance and exit gates. (Professional expansion: The working principle of a wind curtain machine is to generate an invisible air curtain wall through strong wind power. This high-speed airflow can effectively separate indoor and outdoor air, blocking outdoor heat waves, mosquitoes, and dust from entering, preventing indoor cold air from overflowing, and ensuring smooth passage of people and vehicles. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly "invisible door" for large public places.)

Engineering Effectiveness and Value

After the completion of the project, the environment of the cafeteria at Shencun Middle School has undergone a revolutionary improvement. Even at noon in the scorching summer, teachers and students can feel the cool and fresh air rushing into the cafeteria, bidding farewell to the embarrassing situation of "eating for five minutes and sweating for an hour" in the past. The comfortable dining environment has received unanimous praise from all teachers and students, reflecting the school's meticulous care for students' quality of life and indirectly enhancing the overall image of the school.
