珠三角地区作为中国乃至全球的物流枢纽,仓储业规模庞大、运转密度极高。在这样的背景下,大型物流仓库不仅要应对货物快速流转的压力,还需保障内部环境的稳定性,避免因高温、闷热、空气不畅导致商品变质、设备故障或员工效率下降。尤其是该仓库面积巨大、挑高极高、空间相对开放,如何在兼顾能耗与效果的前提下,解决通风降温问题,成为项目设计的关键难点。

【方案设计:因地制宜的综合布局】

为弥补冷风机在极端高湿环境下可能带来的湿度影响,我们引入了负压风机系统。其工作原理是利用风机将仓库内部积聚的热空气、湿气及污浊空气强制向外排出,形成室内外“抽拉式”的负压气流环境。这一设计不仅有效降低了库内湿度,还加速了空气循环,使新鲜空气不断补入,与冷风机的降温效果形成互补,真正实现了“降温不闷湿、通风无死角”。

3、空间优化:屋顶集成安装

考虑到仓库地面需要最大化利用以存放货物,我们将所有通风降温设备统一安装在屋顶结构上。这种安装方式完全不占用宝贵的库房地面面积,既保障了仓储空间的完整性,也避免了设备对叉车、货架及人员作业的干扰,实现了功能与空间利用的最优平衡。

【 Project Background: Location Characteristics and Industry Challenges 】

This project is located in Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. It is situated in a subtropical maritime climate zone, with long and high temperature and humidity summers. The annual average temperature can reach over 22 ℃, and extreme high temperature weather is frequent. As an important logistics hub in Shenzhen and even the Pearl River Delta region, Bantian is surrounded by numerous e-commerce and supply chain enterprises, which have put forward strict requirements for the efficiency of warehouse space circulation and storage environment.

As a logistics hub in China and even globally, the Pearl River Delta region has a large scale and extremely high operational density in the warehousing industry. In this context, large logistics warehouses not only need to cope with the pressure of rapid circulation of goods, but also need to ensure the stability of the internal environment to avoid product deterioration, equipment failure, or decreased employee efficiency caused by high temperatures, stuffiness, and poor air flow. Especially with the huge area, extremely high ceiling, and relatively open space of the warehouse, how to solve the problem of ventilation and cooling while balancing energy consumption and efficiency has become a key challenge in project design.

【 Scheme Design: Comprehensive Layout Tailored to Local Conditions 】

After conducting in-depth on-site investigations, the technical team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration comprehensively considered the high temperature and humidity climate in Shenzhen, the high requirements for air circulation in the logistics and warehousing industry, and the structural characteristics of large space and high ceilings in the warehouse itself. Finally, they abandoned the traditional industrial air conditioning solution with huge energy consumption and complex installation, and innovatively adopted a system layout of "large centrifugal air cooler (SS-EAC series)+negative pressure fan comprehensive ventilation and cooling".

The core of this design lies in "adapting to local conditions" and "complementing technology":

1. Main cooling: Large centrifugal air cooler (SS-EAC series)

We have chosen the large centrifugal air cooler from the SS-EAC series to address the characteristics of a wide warehouse area and long vertical depth. This model is different from the commonly used axial flow air coolers in the market, and has significant advantages in high air volume, high air pressure, and high wind distance. Its core lies in using a centrifugal motor to drive and utilizing the principle of water evaporation cooling, allowing hot air to quickly cool down after passing through an efficient wet curtain. Then, through strong centrifugal wind pressure, the cold air is transported to the deep area of the warehouse over a long distance. The maximum distance for single machine air supply can reach 200 meters, perfectly solving the problem of uneven airflow coverage in large spaces.

2. Auxiliary dehumidification: negative pressure fan

To compensate for the potential humidity impact of air coolers in extremely high humidity environments, we have introduced a negative pressure fan system. Its working principle is to use a fan to forcefully discharge the accumulated hot air, moisture, and polluted air inside the warehouse, forming a negative pressure airflow environment of indoor and outdoor "pull-out". This design not only effectively reduces the humidity inside the warehouse, but also accelerates air circulation, continuously replenishing fresh air and complementing the cooling effect of the air cooler, truly achieving "cooling without stuffiness and ventilation without dead corners".

3. Space optimization: roof integrated installation

Considering the need to maximize the utilization of warehouse floors for storing goods, we have installed all ventilation and cooling equipment uniformly on the roof structure. This installation method does not occupy any valuable warehouse floor area, ensuring the integrity of the storage space and avoiding interference from equipment on forklifts, shelves, and personnel operations, achieving the optimal balance between functionality and space utilization.

4. Project effectiveness: Environmental improvement and efficiency enhancement

After the system was enabled, the internal environment of the warehouse has been significantly improved. Actual test data shows that during the high temperature period in summer, the temperature in the working area of the warehouse can be reduced by 4-8 ℃, and the air flow rate and fresh air volume can be significantly increased. A comfortable, dry, and fresh working environment not only effectively protects the quality of stored goods and reduces losses caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations, but also greatly enhances the comfort and enthusiasm of warehouse personnel, indirectly promoting the improvement of commodity turnover efficiency and providing strong guarantees for the efficient operation of logistics centers.
