在具体实施中,为最大化利用空间且不影响车间内生产布局,我们将蒸发式冷风机安装在墙体外侧,通过风管将冷风均匀引入室内,确保空气流通顺畅。同时,针对车间内设备运行产生的热量与异味,团队经过精密计算,安装了匹配换气次数的负压风机,实现高效排热排味。值得一提的是,在人员较少的区域,我们还配备了移动式冷风机,真正做到“人在机在,人走机移”,既满足了局部降温需求,又有效节约了能源。

The region has a high temperature all year round, with hot and humid summers, with an average temperature of over 28 ℃ and humidity often reaching around 80%, making it feel hot and humid; Although winter is relatively mild, the equipment in the workshop is dense and still requires good ventilation and cooling conditions. As one of the earliest joint venture automobile manufacturing enterprises in China, GAC Toyota was established in 2004 and is an important representative of the rapid development of China's automobile industry. Looking back at the history of China's automobile development, from early technology introduction to today's independent innovation, GAC Toyota has always been at the forefront of the industry, witnessing and promoting the modernization process of China's automobile industry.

The headquarters base of the enterprise covers a vast area and has multiple large production workshops, which generally have the characteristics of large area and high floor height. The production process in the workshop is complete, covering key links such as stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly, and belongs to a typical modern automotive manufacturing process. As the headquarters of the company, the base mainly undertakes the tasks of vehicle assembly, turnover, and delivery. The workshop has dense equipment and frequent personnel flow, which puts forward high requirements for temperature and humidity control of the workshop environment.

Faced with such a complex and unique workshop environment, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered multiple factors based on thorough research and analysis. Firstly, the geographical and climatic characteristics require cooling equipment to have good adaptability and stability in high temperature and high humidity environments; Next is the workshop structure. Due to the huge space volume, if traditional air conditioning is used for cooling, the initial investment and operating costs will be extremely high, and it will be difficult to achieve uniform cooling. Therefore, the Ruifeng team proposed a comprehensive ventilation and cooling plan mainly using evaporative air coolers and supplemented by negative pressure fans.

In specific implementation, in order to maximize space utilization and not affect the production layout in the workshop, we will install evaporative air coolers on the outside of the wall, and evenly introduce cold air into the room through air ducts to ensure smooth air circulation. At the same time, in response to the heat and odor generated by the operation of equipment in the workshop, the team has installed a negative pressure fan that matches the air exchange rate through precise calculations, achieving efficient heat and odor removal. It is worth mentioning that in areas with fewer personnel, we have also equipped mobile air coolers, truly achieving the principle of "people on the machine, people walking on the machine", which not only meets local cooling needs but also effectively saves energy.

From a physical principle perspective, evaporative air coolers utilize the natural phenomenon of water evaporation to absorb heat, cooling the hot air and sending it indoors, which has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection; Negative pressure fans, on the other hand, create a negative pressure environment through forced exhaust, guiding the flow of fresh air and achieving the effect of overall ventilation and cooling. The combination of the two not only solves the problem of high temperature in the workshop, but also improves the air quality, significantly enhancing the physical comfort of workers. At the same time, a stable temperature and humidity environment also helps production equipment operate more smoothly and product quality is effectively guaranteed.
