1、 Project Background

The precision machinery factory is located in Yongjia, Wenzhou, along the southern coast of Zhejiang Province. It belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with distinct four seasons. The summer is hot and humid, with the highest temperature reaching over 35 ℃, and the humidity is consistently high; Winter is mild with little snow and occasional cold waves. The high temperature and high humidity environment pose significant challenges to the stability and product quality of precision machining equipment, and factory environment control has become a key link in ensuring production efficiency.

This enterprise focuses on high-precision machining of mechanical components, with multiple CNC machine tools as its core equipment. CNC machine tools control precision cutting through computer programs and are extremely sensitive to temperature, humidity, and dust. Environmental temperature fluctuations can easily cause thermal expansion and contraction of metal parts, affecting machining accuracy; Excessive humidity may cause equipment corrosion and circuit failure; The oil mist and dust generated during the cutting process will adhere to the surfaces of equipment and products, reducing the quality of the process. The factory area is a standardized reinforced concrete structure factory building with large areas of skylight glass windows on the walls, which have good sealing and are suitable for environmental control schemes using internal circulation airflow organization.
