位于东莞的某电子厂包装统计车间，地处粤港澳大湾区核心区域。该地区属亚热带季风气候，夏季漫长炎热，平均气温可达30℃以上，湿度常年维持在70%－85%之间，高温高湿环境对生产现场的温湿度控制提出了较高要求。作为大湾区传统优势产业，电子制造企业承载着电子产品组装、检测与流通的关键环节，其生产环境的稳定性直接关系到生产效率和产品品质。

包装统计车间主要负责电子产品的成品包装、数量清点与入库周转，是连接生产与仓储物流的重要枢纽。由于电子产品种类繁多，尤其涉及大量半成品与小规格配件，统计工作的准确性至关重要。一旦出现错录、漏录或货品混淆，不仅可能导致后续发货错误，还会影响生产计划的执行与客户交付，因此营造一个凉爽、舒适、稳定的作业环境，对提升统计准确性与包装质量具有直接影响。

二、车间现状分析

该车间位于标准厂房内部，为隔断形成的独立区域，空间尺寸约为长60米、宽6.5米、高4.5米。除靠墙一侧设有少数采光用玻璃窗外，整体密闭性较强，空气流通较差。原仅安装普通工业风扇，虽具备一定通风效果，但无法实现温度与湿度调控，导致夏季室内闷热难耐，长时间工作容易使员工产生疲劳感，进而影响工作效率与数据准确性。车间内主要热源为办公电脑，虽发热量不大，但在密闭环境中，夏季阳光辐射与人体散热叠加仍使室内温度持续攀升。

三、瑞峰解决方案

1、 Project Background

The packaging statistics workshop of an electronics factory located in Dongguan is situated in the core area of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. The region belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, with long and hot summers, with an average temperature of over 30 ℃ and humidity maintained between 70% and 85% throughout the year. The high temperature and high humidity environment places high demands on temperature and humidity control at the production site. As a traditional advantageous industry in the Greater Bay Area, electronic manufacturing enterprises bear the key links of electronic product assembly, testing, and circulation. The stability of their production environment directly affects production efficiency and product quality.

The packaging statistics workshop is mainly responsible for the finished packaging, quantity counting, and warehousing turnover of electronic products, and is an important hub connecting production and warehousing logistics. Due to the wide variety of electronic products, especially involving a large number of semi-finished products and small-sized accessories, the accuracy of statistical work is crucial. Once errors, omissions or confusion of goods occur, it may not only lead to subsequent shipping errors, but also affect the execution of production plans and customer delivery. Therefore, creating a cool, comfortable and stable working environment has a direct impact on improving statistical accuracy and packaging quality.

2、 Analysis of the current situation in the workshop

The workshop is located inside a standard factory building and is an independent area formed by partitions. The spatial dimensions are approximately 60 meters long, 6.5 meters wide, and 4.5 meters high. Except for a few glass windows for lighting on the side against the wall, the overall airtightness is strong and the air circulation is poor. Originally only ordinary industrial fans were installed, which had a certain ventilation effect, but could not achieve temperature and humidity control, resulting in unbearable stuffiness indoors in summer. Long term work can easily cause fatigue among employees, thereby affecting work efficiency and data accuracy. The main heat source in the workshop is the office computer. Although it does not generate much heat, in a closed environment, the combination of summer sunlight radiation and human body heat dissipation still causes the indoor temperature to continue to rise.

3、 Ruifeng Solution

Ruifeng's professional technical team has comprehensively considered multiple factors such as geographical and climatic characteristics, workshop building structure, factory functional requirements, and electronic industry environmental standards, and tailored an efficient and energy-saving air conditioning renovation plan for it

(1). Two high-power vertical dual outlet axial flow industrial air conditioners are used, arranged at both ends of the workshop to form opposing air supply flows, achieving circular coverage of the entire space. This model has the following advantages:

(3). Axial flow fan technology: The air outlet is gentle and uniform, avoiding discomfort to personnel or scattering of packaging materials caused by strong winds, while ensuring smooth indoor airflow organization and balanced temperature distribution;

(4). Efficient energy-saving system: While achieving rapid cooling and dehumidification, it significantly reduces operating energy consumption, meeting the energy efficiency requirements for long-term continuous operation of electronic factories.

4、 Implementation effect

After the system was put into use, the overall temperature of the workshop was stably controlled below 26 ℃, and the humidity was maintained at around 60%, completely solving the problem of hot and humid summers in the past. Employees work in a comfortable environment, their attention is more focused, the statistical error rate has significantly decreased, and the quality of packaging operations has steadily improved. The factory feedback shows that not only has employee satisfaction significantly improved, but the overall operational efficiency and data accuracy of the workshop have also reached a new level.
