园区已完成主体基建,多栋厂房均为钢筋混凝土结构,空间开阔,层高介于10米至17米之间,单栋面积从8000平方米到20000平方米不等。立面采用大面积玻璃窗设计,自然采光优良,但同时也带来夏季日照辐射强、冬季散热快等挑战,属于典型的超高大空间环境。

1、选用轴流式多冷凝蒸发冷工业空调,具备温湿双控功能,出风均匀柔和,无强气流干扰,契合精密制造环境需求;

2、针对超大平面面积,室内机采用高密度吊挂式布局,最大化覆盖作业区域,同时不占用地面生产空间;

3、室外机选用一拖多集中式机型,统一安装于屋面承重区域,既便于系统集成控制,也利于后期维护管理;

4、结合厂房结构强度与设备吊装条件,统筹安排高空作业与管道布设,确保安装牢固、运行稳定。

1、 Project Background

This large-scale technology industrial park is located in the Sichuan Basin, belonging to the subtropical humid climate zone with distinct four seasons. The summer is hot and humid, while the winter is mild and less rainy. The relative humidity is high throughout the year, and the heat and humidity load in the factory area is significant. The park is located in the core area of industrial transfer and upgrading in the central and western regions of the country, and is an important base serving the new energy and domestic automobile manufacturing industries. Its high standard and large-scale factory construction puts higher demands on the stability and comfort of the production environment.

2、 Project Overview

The main infrastructure of the park has been completed, and multiple factory buildings are all reinforced concrete structures with spacious areas. The floor height ranges from 10 meters to 17 meters, and the single building area varies from 8000 square meters to 20000 square meters. The facade adopts a large area glass window design, which provides excellent natural lighting, but also brings challenges such as strong summer sunlight radiation and fast winter heat dissipation, making it a typical super tall space environment.

3、 Key points of scheme design

The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team has tailored a ventilation and cooling system solution for the park based on the following factors:

(1). Geographical and climatic characteristics - in response to the humid and hot climate of the basin, there is a dual demand for enhanced dehumidification and cooling;

(2). Structural characteristics of buildings - the high height of super high-rise buildings leads to slow sinking of cold air and easy accumulation of hot air, requiring reasonable organization of airflow; Although large glass windows enhance natural lighting, they also increase cooling load and temperature fluctuations;

(3). Industry specific requirements - The automotive manufacturing and new energy industries have high standards for the stability of temperature and humidity in the workshop environment, as well as the softness of airflow, to avoid strong winds affecting operations and product processes;

(4). Energy saving and operation considerations - while meeting environmental needs, the system needs to have the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, easy centralized control, and long-term maintenance.

4、 System Design Proposal

(1). Select axial flow multi condensing evaporative cooling industrial air conditioner with dual temperature and humidity control function, uniform and soft air outlet, no strong airflow interference, suitable for precision manufacturing environment requirements;

(2). For the large flat area, the indoor unit adopts a high-density hanging layout to maximize coverage of the work area while not occupying ground production space;

(3). The outdoor unit adopts a one to many centralized model, which is uniformly installed in the load-bearing area of the roof. This not only facilitates system integration control, but also facilitates later maintenance and management;

(4). Based on the strength of the factory structure and the lifting conditions of the equipment, coordinate and arrange high-altitude operations and pipeline layout to ensure firm installation and stable operation.
