该药品仓库位于南方沿海某制药厂的行政大楼地下室。当地属于典型的亚热带季风气候,四季温暖潮湿,夏季漫长且高温高湿,冬季虽相对温和,但湿度常年偏高,年平均相对湿度可达80%以上。这样的环境对药品仓储的温湿度控制提出了严峻挑战。
仓库由原地下停车场改建而成,空间密闭无窗,通风条件差,加之地下结构本身易受潮气渗透,导致内部环境长期处于潮湿状态。厂方选择将地下室改造为仓库,是基于厂区建筑用房紧张、而地面空间充裕可用于停车的现实考量,这也使药品仓库的环境控制成为本项目的重要课题。
瑞峰方案设计团队综合考虑了多项关键因素:
1、地理与气候环境:针对南方沿海地区常年高湿、夏季高温的特点,需同时兼顾降温与除湿;
2、建筑结构特性:地下室密闭性好,适合采用内循环气流组织,避免外界湿热空气影响;
3、空间形态与气流匹配:仓库面积大、层高低,若采用大功率远送风机型,易产生强气流损耗与温度不均。因此,我们选用了顶式吊挂小功率轴流工业空调,并采取高密度均匀布局方案。
该设计的优势在于:
1、顶式吊挂:完全不占用地面仓储空间,最大限度提升仓库利用率;
2、小功率机型:适应低矮空间,避免过度送风导致冷量浪费,同时显著降低运行能耗;
3、高密度布局:通过多台设备均匀分布,实现整体空间温湿度均衡,避免局部死角,在保证药品存储环境稳定的同时,实现节能与经济性的统一。
值得一提的是,厂方最初仅计划安装成本较低的除湿系统,认为地下室“温度不高”。瑞峰技术人员结合当地气象数据指出,南方地区夏季极端高温天气频繁,地下空间虽相对凉爽,但仍会受蓄热与传导影响升温。药品尤其是化学制剂、原料药等,对温度波动极为敏感,长期超出规定范围可能导致药效下降甚至变质。因此,必须实施温湿双控,这也是工业空调在此类环境中的核心价值所在。

The drug warehouse is located in the basement of the administrative building of a pharmaceutical factory on the southern coast. The local area belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon climate, with warm and humid seasons, long and high temperature and humidity summers, and relatively mild winters with high humidity throughout the year. The annual average relative humidity can reach over 80%. This environment poses a serious challenge to the temperature and humidity control of drug storage.
The warehouse was converted from an original underground parking lot, with a sealed space without windows and poor ventilation conditions. In addition, the underground structure itself is susceptible to moisture infiltration, resulting in a long-term humid internal environment. The factory chose to transform the basement into a warehouse based on the practical considerations of tight building space in the factory area and sufficient ground space for parking. This also makes environmental control of the drug warehouse an important issue in this project.
The Ruifeng design team has comprehensively considered multiple key factors:
1. Geography and climate environment: In response to the characteristics of high humidity throughout the year and high temperature in summer in the southern coastal areas, it is necessary to simultaneously consider cooling and dehumidification;
2. Architectural structural characteristics: The basement has good airtightness and is suitable for using internal circulation airflow organization to avoid the influence of external humid and hot air;
3. Space form and airflow matching: The warehouse has a large area and high and low floors. If a high-power remote air supply fan is used, it is prone to strong airflow loss and uneven temperature. Therefore, we chose a top mounted low-power axial flow industrial air conditioner and adopted a high-density uniform layout scheme.
The advantages of this design are:
1. Top mounted hanging: completely does not occupy ground storage space, maximizing warehouse utilization;
2. Low power models: Suitable for low and compact spaces, avoiding excessive air supply and wasting cooling capacity, while significantly reducing operating energy consumption;
3. High density layout: By evenly distributing multiple devices, the overall space temperature and humidity are balanced, avoiding local dead corners. While ensuring a stable drug storage environment, energy conservation and economy are unified.
It is worth mentioning that the factory initially only planned to install a low-cost dehumidification system, believing that the temperature in the basement was not high. Ruifeng technicians combined local meteorological data to point out that extreme high temperatures are frequent in the southern region during summer, and although underground spaces are relatively cool, they are still affected by heat storage and conduction to heat up. Drugs, especially chemical preparations, raw materials, etc., are extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuations, and long-term exceeding the prescribed range may lead to a decrease in efficacy or even deterioration. Therefore, it is necessary to implement temperature and humidity dual control, which is also the core value of industrial air conditioning in such environments.
