本项目位于广东省中山市,地处亚热带季风气候区,夏季高温高湿,常年平均温度在28℃以上,湿度常超过75%。良好的室内环境对于运动场馆的运营至关重要,羽毛球馆作为社区体育与全民健身的重要载体,不仅为市民提供锻炼场所,也承担着促进健康生活、丰富社会文体活动的重要功能。
该场馆由旧仓储空间改造而成,采用彩钢结构与砖砌墙体,屋顶铺设带隔热层的彩钢瓦。建筑原无窗户,密闭性良好,有利于温控但通风受限。场馆总面积约1800平方米,挑高超过15米,内部规整开阔,设有12个标准羽毛球场,分两排布置,中间及两侧自然形成三条长条形公共休息区。需在不影响球场正常使用的前提下,为这三处休息区提供舒适、节能的夏季降温。

This project is located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, in the subtropical monsoon climate zone. The summer is hot and humid, with an average temperature of over 28 ℃ and humidity often exceeding 75%. A good indoor environment is crucial for the operation of sports venues. As an important carrier of community sports and national fitness, badminton halls not only provide exercise venues for citizens, but also play an important role in promoting healthy living and enriching social cultural and sports activities.
The venue was renovated from an old storage space, using color steel structure and brick walls, and the roof is covered with color steel tiles with insulation layer. The building originally had no windows and had good airtightness, which was conducive to temperature control but limited ventilation. The total area of the venue is about 1800 square meters, with a height of over 15 meters. The interior is well-organized and spacious, with 12 standard badminton courts arranged in two rows. Three long public rest areas are naturally formed in the middle and on both sides. It is necessary to provide comfortable and energy-saving summer cooling for these three rest areas without affecting the normal use of the stadium.
The Ruifeng solution team has comprehensively considered the following key factors:
1. The local climate is high in temperature and humidity, requiring a balance between cooling and dehumidification;
2. The venue space is large and the air supply distance is long, so it is necessary to ensure the accessibility and uniformity of the airflow;
3. The building has good airtightness and is suitable for using air conditioning equipment for internal environmental control;
4. Badminton is very sensitive to airflow, and the air supply system must not interfere with the ball path and athlete performance;
5. The venue is a commercial venue, and the air conditioning system needs to support flexible start stop to achieve "on-demand operation, unmanned energy saving";
6. Owners only need to cool down the rest area locally, and the system should have precise air supply and zoning control capabilities.
Based on the above analysis, we ultimately chose a pipeline based intelligent control energy-saving industrial air conditioning system. Through concealed pipeline design, long-distance directional air supply is achieved to ensure precise airflow coverage of the rest area, while completely avoiding the activity space of the court and eliminating potential interference with the trajectory of badminton. The system is equipped with an intelligent sensing controller that can automatically start and stop according to the presence of personnel, which not only improves the convenience of use but also significantly reduces ineffective energy consumption.
After the completion of the project, the temperature and humidity in the rest area were stably controlled, and the air circulation was natural and comfortable, receiving unanimous praise from the venue operators and athletes. The owner particularly recognizes the design concept of achieving local efficient cooling without affecting the sports experience, and has verified its excellent energy-saving performance in subsequent operations.
