二、园区现状

1、 Project Background

A large industrial park in the outskirts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia is one of the important industrial clusters in the country, with a significant background in China Cambodia cooperation. The park is located in a tropical monsoon climate zone, with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. The rainy and dry seasons are distinct, with an average annual temperature of about 28-30 ℃ and humidity often maintained above 75%. Such climatic conditions have raised higher requirements for ventilation and cooling in the production environment. As an important platform for Cambodia to undertake labor-intensive industries, this park focuses on clothing manufacturing as its core, while gradually introducing supporting industries such as electronic assembly and light industrial products. It not only creates a large number of job opportunities for the local area, but also becomes a key node for China Cambodia capacity cooperation.

2、 Current situation of the park

The park is well planned and the infrastructure has been basically completed, entering the stage of comprehensive investment promotion. At present, more than 100 large single story factories have been built, with color steel roofs and brick walls. Each building has an area ranging from 8000 to 20000 square meters and a floor height of about 15 meters, making it a typical high-rise industrial building. There are mature precedents for parks of similar scale in the southeastern coastal areas of China, such as large industrial parks in Jiangsu, Guangdong and other places. Their experience in space utilization and environmental control can provide important references for this case.

3、 Owners' demand

To enhance the competitiveness of the park, the owner plans to first complete the planning and design of the overall ventilation and cooling system, attracting global enterprises with superior factory environment, especially hoping to undertake the transfer of China's clothing industry and upstream and downstream supporting industries. (4) Negative pressure fan - for high heat and polluted gas accumulation areas, it achieves strong exhaust and fresh air introduction;

(5) Mobile air cooler/industrial fan - flexible to meet the cooling needs of local high temperatures or temporary work areas.
