该车间位于江苏苏南地区,地处长江三角洲腹地,气候属亚热带季风性湿润气候,四季分明。夏季炎热潮湿,平均温度可达28-35℃,湿度常高于75%;冬季温和湿润,平均气温在0-10℃之间,偶有低温寒潮。春秋两季气候宜人,但春季多雨、秋季干燥,全年湿度整体偏高。这样的气候条件对生产环境的温湿度控制提出了较高要求,尤其是精密制造行业,需保持相对稳定的室内环境以确保工艺品质。

该车间隶属于一家历史悠久的五金精密制造企业,长期为长三角地区的电子、通信、医疗器械、汽车电子及航空航天等高端制造行业提供关键零部件。这些零部件广泛应用于精密传感器、微型电机、连接器、光学仪器及工业控制器等产品中,对加工环境的洁净度、温湿度稳定性有着严苛的标准。

车间建筑为多层钢筋混凝土结构标准厂房,建成已有一定年限。现场可见SN1系列气动冲床(如SN1-80、SN1-45)、各类数控机床等设备有序排列,组装工人在工作台前专注操作。据厂方介绍,这些技术工人经验丰富、手法娴熟,是企业多年来积累的重要财富,也是保障产品精度与可靠性的核心力量。

此前,车间仅依靠传统风扇类设备进行降温,效果有限,夏季高温高湿环境不仅影响工人作业舒适度,也导致设备散热不佳、材料尺寸微变等问题,间接影响产品良率。为提升员工工作环境、稳定设备运行状态,进而保障产品品质与生产效率,厂方决定对车间进行空调系统升级,以应对当前国内制造业提质增效的发展趋势,进一步巩固市场竞争力。

瑞峰环保制冷方案团队综合考虑该车间所处地域气候特点、厂房结构、设备布局、人员动线以及后期维护便捷性等多重因素,最终设计采用数十台吊挂式射流省电工业空调系统。该方案以吊挂式安装充分利用立体空间,避免占用宝贵的地面生产面积;选用射流机型可实现远距离均匀送风,有效覆盖车间每一个作业区域,在节能的同时彻底解决通风降温难题。

系统投入使用后,车间温湿度得到精准控制,员工工作环境显著改善,设备运行更加稳定,产品合格率也获得进一步提升,获得了厂方管理层与一线员工的高度认可。

The workshop is located in the southern Jiangsu region, in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, with a subtropical monsoon humid climate and distinct four seasons. Summer is hot and humid, with an average temperature of 28-35 ℃ and humidity often exceeding 75%; Winter is mild and humid, with an average temperature between 0-10 ℃ and occasional cold waves. The climate is pleasant in spring and autumn, but it is rainy in spring and dry in autumn, with overall high humidity throughout the year. Such climatic conditions place high demands on temperature and humidity control in the production environment, especially in the precision manufacturing industry where a relatively stable indoor environment needs to be maintained to ensure process quality.

This workshop belongs to a long-standing hardware precision manufacturing enterprise, which has long provided key components for high-end manufacturing industries such as electronics, communication, medical equipment, automotive electronics, and aerospace in the Yangtze River Delta region. These components are widely used in precision sensors, micro motors, connectors, optical instruments, and industrial controllers, and have strict standards for the cleanliness, temperature and humidity stability of the processing environment.

The workshop building is a standard multi story reinforced concrete structure factory building, which has been built for a certain period of time. On site, it can be seen that the SN1 series pneumatic punching machines (such as SN1-80, SN1-45) and various CNC machine tools are arranged in an orderly manner, and assembly workers are focused on operating them in front of the workbench. According to the factory, these skilled workers have rich experience and proficient techniques, which are important assets accumulated by the enterprise over the years and the core strength to ensure product accuracy and reliability.

Previously, the workshop relied solely on traditional fan equipment for cooling, which had limited effectiveness. The high temperature and humidity environment in summer not only affected the comfort of workers, but also led to poor heat dissipation of equipment, slight changes in material size, and indirectly affected product yield. In order to improve the working environment of employees, stabilize the operation status of equipment, and ensure product quality and production efficiency, the factory has decided to upgrade the air conditioning system in the workshop to cope with the current trend of improving quality and efficiency in the domestic manufacturing industry, and further consolidate market competitiveness.

The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Solution Team comprehensively considered multiple factors such as the climate characteristics of the workshop's location, factory structure, equipment layout, personnel flow, and ease of maintenance in the later stage, and ultimately designed dozens of hanging jet energy-saving industrial air conditioning systems. This plan utilizes suspended installation to fully utilize three-dimensional space and avoid occupying valuable ground production area; The use of jet models can achieve long-distance uniform air supply, effectively covering every work area in the workshop, and completely solving the problem of ventilation and cooling while saving energy.

After the system was put into use, the temperature and humidity in the workshop were accurately controlled, the working environment of employees was significantly improved, the equipment operation was more stable, and the product qualification rate was further improved, which has been highly recognized by the factory management and frontline employees.

Although this project is aimed at the renovation of old factories in the hardware industry, the environmental control solutions and system engineering experience used in it are also applicable to similar workshop environments in industries such as electronic assembly, precision machining, mold injection molding, packaging and warehousing, textile and clothing.
