本项目位于中国最具活力的经济引擎——广东大湾区某大型科技产业园。该园区地处亚热带季风气候区,常年气候温暖湿润,夏季漫长炎热(平均气温可达28-35℃),高温高湿天气持续时间长;冬季短暂温和,空气湿度依然较高。这种气候条件对产业生产环境的温湿度稳定性提出了严峻挑战,尤其在精密制造、高端装备、电子信息等对生产环境要求苛刻的行业。同时,作为国内“工业上楼”模式的发源地与典范区域,该园区承载着在有限土地资源上实现产业高效集聚、推动制造业向高端化智能化升级的重要使命。

园区基建已基本完工,进入全面招商引资的关键阶段。为在激烈的区域竞争中脱颖而出,吸引高端智能制造、研发设计、生物医药、新一代信息技术等对生产环境有高标准要求的优质企业入驻,园区业主决策层极具前瞻性地提出:先行规划并预装高标准的通风降温系统。其核心理念在于,通过打造一个环境舒适、节能高效、灵活适配的现代化工业空间,从根本上提升园区的核心竞争力与吸引力,为企业“拎机投产”创造最优越的硬件条件,助力企业降本增效。

二、工程挑战与建筑概况:

园区已建成数十栋5至8层的标准化厂房,均为坚固的钢筋混凝土框架结构。建筑特点显著:

1、空间高大:首层层高约9米,满足重型设备安装需求;二层及以上楼层层高亦达6米,单层面积超3000平方米,形成了典型的高大空间。

2、采光优越:每层墙面均设有大面积玻璃窗,自然采光良好,空间通透,适宜作为兼具生产与办公功能的复合型载体。

3、挑战并存:高大空间易导致空气分层、温度分布不均;大面积玻璃窗虽利于采光,但也可能增加夏季得热负荷;不同楼层、不同未来租户的生产工艺将产生差异化的热负荷与环境要求。

三、瑞峰定制化解决方案:

针对上述复杂需求,瑞峰环保制冷组建专项技术团队,进行了深入的综合分析,考量因素包括:本地气候特征、建筑结构与围护特性(评估冷量损失及能耗)、高大空间气流组织难点、园区整体招商定位与未来企业潜在的环境需求多样性、投资与运营成本的平衡等。

基于此,我们摒弃“一刀切”模式,秉持 “一企一策,一层一案” 的设计理念,为园区量身定制了多套可灵活组合的模块化通风降温方案,并规划了丰富的设备选型库:

1、多冷凝蒸发冷省电工业空调:采用压缩机技术,但通过创新的多冷凝器与蒸发冷却结合设计,在极端高温环境下仍能保持强劲制冷能力,能效比(EER)显著优于传统工业空调,适用于发热量大、对温度控制精度要求高的车间。

2、环保空调(冷风机/冷气机):无压缩机设计,利用水蒸发吸热原理降温,节能效果突出(耗电量仅为传统空调的1/8-1/5),同时能持续引入新风、过滤空气,特别适用于对湿度要求不严格、需要大面积通风换气的场所。

3、工业级大吊扇:产生覆盖广、柔和立体的微风系统,有效促进高大空间内空气的垂直循环,消除闷热停滞区,实现人体体表降温,与空调系统结合使用可大幅提升整体能效,营造舒适的立体风感环境。

4、负压风机:强大的强制排风能力,能迅速排除室内闷热、污浊空气,与进风口形成有组织的穿堂风,是解决烟雾、异味、粉尘积聚,实现快速整体换气的关键设备。

5、移动式冷风机/工业风扇:提供灵活的局部降温或岗位送风解决方案,可根据生产线布局变化随时调整,满足特定工艺点或流动岗位的即时性需求。

这种设备矩阵式的配置策略,确保了方案的超高适配性。无论是电子元器件的无尘车间、精密机械的恒温装配线,还是新材料的中试区域、物流仓储空间,都能找到最优的设备组合与气流组织方案。

四、样板工程实施:

目前,我们已完成一栋厂房2至5层的吊挂式多冷凝蒸发冷省电工业空调系统样板工程。选择吊挂式安装,旨在完全释放地面与宝贵楼层空间,最大化提升生产或办公的有效使用面积。而选用工业空调作为样板核心,则是基于其强大的环境适应能力、可靠的运行稳定性以及广泛的场景覆盖潜力,能够向潜在客户直观展示园区应对严苛生产环境挑战的技术实力。

1、 Project Background:

This project is located in a large technology industrial park in the Guangdong Greater Bay Area, which is the most dynamic economic engine in China. The park is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with a warm and humid climate throughout the year. The summer is long and hot (with an average temperature of 28-35 ℃), and the duration of high temperature and high humidity weather is long; Winter is brief and mild, but the air humidity remains high. This climate condition poses a severe challenge to the temperature and humidity stability of industrial production environments, especially in industries such as precision manufacturing, high-end equipment, and electronic information that have strict requirements for production environments. At the same time, as the birthplace and exemplary area of the domestic "industrial upgrading" model, this park carries the important mission of achieving efficient industrial agglomeration on limited land resources and promoting the upgrading of manufacturing towards high-end intelligence.

The infrastructure of the park has been basically completed and entered a critical stage of comprehensive investment promotion. In order to stand out in the fierce regional competition and attract high-quality enterprises with high standards for production environment such as high-end intelligent manufacturing, research and development design, biomedicine, and new generation information technology to settle in, the decision-making level of the park owners has put forward a forward-looking proposal: to plan and pre install high standard ventilation and cooling systems in advance. The core concept is to create a modern industrial space that is comfortable, energy-efficient, and adaptable, fundamentally enhancing the core competitiveness and attractiveness of the park, creating the most favorable hardware conditions for enterprises to "carry machines and put them into production", and helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

2、 Engineering challenges and architectural overview:

The park has built dozens of standardized factory buildings with 5 to 8 floors, all of which are sturdy reinforced concrete frame structures. Significant architectural features:

(1). High space: The first floor is about 9 meters high, meeting the installation requirements of heavy equipment; The second floor and above have a height of up to 6 meters, with a single floor area of over 3000 square meters, forming a typical high-rise space.

(2). Superior lighting: Each floor is equipped with large glass windows, providing good natural lighting and a transparent space, making it suitable as a composite carrier that combines production and office functions.

(3). Challenges coexist: Tall spaces can easily lead to air stratification and uneven temperature distribution; Although large glass windows are beneficial for natural lighting, they may also increase the heat load during summer; The production processes of different floors and future tenants will result in differentiated heat loads and environmental requirements.

3、 Ruifeng customized solution:

In response to the complex requirements mentioned above, Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has established a special technical team to conduct in-depth comprehensive analysis, taking into account factors such as local climate characteristics, building structure and enclosure characteristics (evaluating cooling capacity loss and energy consumption), difficulties in organizing airflow in high-rise spaces, overall investment positioning of the park and potential environmental demand diversity of future enterprises, and balance between investment and operating costs.

Based on this, we abandon the "one size fits all" model and adhere to the design concept of "one enterprise, one policy, one floor, one case". We have tailored multiple modular ventilation and cooling solutions that can be flexibly combined for the park, and planned a rich equipment selection library:

(1). Multi condensing evaporative cooling energy-saving industrial air conditioning: adopting compressor technology, but through innovative design combining multi condenser and evaporative cooling, it can still maintain strong cooling capacity in extreme high temperature environments, with significantly better energy efficiency ratio (EER) than traditional industrial air conditioning. It is suitable for workshops with high heat generation and high requirements for temperature control accuracy.

(2). Environmentally friendly air conditioner (air cooler/air conditioner): Designed without a compressor, it uses the principle of water evaporation to absorb heat for cooling, with outstanding energy-saving effects (only 1/8-1/5 of the power consumption of traditional air conditioners). At the same time, it can continuously introduce fresh air and filter the air, especially suitable for places where humidity requirements are not strict and large-scale ventilation is needed.

(3). Industrial grade ceiling fan: produces a wide coverage, soft and three-dimensional breeze system, effectively promoting vertical circulation of air in tall spaces, eliminating stuffy and stagnant areas, and achieving surface cooling of the human body. Combined with air conditioning systems, it can greatly improve overall energy efficiency and create a comfortable three-dimensional wind environment.

(4). Negative pressure fan: With powerful forced exhaust capability, it can quickly eliminate indoor stuffy and polluted air, and form organized ventilation with the air inlet. It is a key equipment for solving smoke, odor, and dust accumulation and achieving rapid overall ventilation.

(5). Mobile air cooler/industrial fan: Provides flexible local cooling or post air supply solutions, which can be adjusted at any time according to changes in production line layout to meet the real-time needs of specific process points or mobile positions.

This device matrix configuration strategy ensures the ultra-high adaptability of the solution. Whether it is a dust-free workshop for electronic components, a constant temperature assembly line for precision machinery, a pilot area for new materials, or logistics storage space, the optimal equipment combination and airflow organization scheme can be found.

4、 Sample project implementation:

At present, we have completed a prototype project of a suspended multi condensing evaporative cooling energy-saving industrial air conditioning system for floors 2 to 5 of a factory building. Choosing suspended installation aims to fully release the ground and valuable floor space, maximizing the effective use area for production or office. The selection of industrial air conditioning as the core model is based on its strong environmental adaptability, reliable operational stability, and extensive potential for scene coverage, which can visually demonstrate the technical strength of the park to meet the challenges of harsh production environments to potential customers.

5、 Project impact and demonstration effect:

Although this model project is the starting point, its significance is profound. It not only sets a benchmark for industrial environment control in the park, but also provides a valuable reference model for the construction of high standard factory buildings similar to the "industrial upstairs" type in economically developed provinces and regions such as Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, where land resources are scarce and industrial upgrading needs are urgent, thanks to its successful system integration concept and high standard implementation plan.
