As a well-known urban complex area in Guangzhou, Longdong is not only a large urban village full of vitality, but also a gathering place for universities such as Guangdong University of Technology, Fenghuangshan Forest Park, and bustling commercial districts. It is a typical high-density residential area.

Guangzhou is located in the subtropical zone, with long and humid summers. For a popular barbecue restaurant, its operating environment faces several natural challenges:

1. Location characteristics: The Longdong area has high population mobility and strong consumer demand. The restaurant rooted here naturally has a stable and large customer base.

2. Industry characteristics: Barbecue itself generates a large amount of heat, oil fumes, and odors. A comfortable and fresh dining environment directly affects the dining experience and return rate of customers.

4. Continuous positive pressure, strong turbidity removal: The air cooler continuously delivers fresh cold air indoors, forming a "positive pressure zone".
