该客户是一家专注于生产生活用纸(纸巾)的专业厂家。纸巾作为现代生活的快消品,其需求量巨大,且消费者对纸张的柔软度、洁净度要求极高。纸巾的生产工艺(如复卷、切割、包装)对环境的湿度和温度尤为敏感:湿度过高会导致纸张受潮变形、产生褶皱,影响成品率;温度过高则影响设备运行稳定及员工操作舒适度。因此,如何在夏季高温高湿的气候下,既保证产品质量,又改善员工作业环境,成为摆在企业面前的难题。

This project is located in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Lishui is located in the southwestern mountainous area of Zhejiang Province, with a subtropical monsoon climate. It is hot and humid in summer and cold in winter. Although forest resources are abundant and provide basic raw materials for the paper industry, the complex geographical environment also leads to poor air circulation and strong stuffiness in the workshop.

This client is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of household paper (tissue). As a fast-moving consumer product in modern life, tissue paper has a huge demand, and consumers have extremely high requirements for the softness and cleanliness of paper. The production process of paper towels (such as rewinding, cutting, packaging) is particularly sensitive to the humidity and temperature of the environment: too high humidity will cause the paper to be affected by moisture, deformation, wrinkles, and affect the yield; If the temperature is too high, it will affect the stability of equipment operation and the comfort of employees. Therefore, how to ensure product quality and improve the working environment for employees in the hot and humid climate of summer has become a challenge for enterprises.

Ruifeng Plan: Combination Innovation Layout

In response to the actual pain points of the factory, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has conducted a comprehensive consideration of multiple factors:

1. Geographical and climatic factors: The humidity in the Lishui mountainous area is high, and the effectiveness of simple ventilation is limited. Therefore, active dehumidification methods must be combined.

2. Product characteristic factors: Paper towels are lightweight products, and excessive airflow can blow away paper or cause packaging misalignment. Therefore, the air supply must be gentle and traditional strong convection blowing cannot be used.

3. Process requirement factor: The production area needs to maintain a relatively constant temperature and humidity to ensure equipment accuracy and stable physical properties of the paper.

Based on the above analysis, the Ruifeng team innovatively proposed a combination scheme of "a long duct evaporative air cooler and an industrial air conditioner with staggered spacing layout". This layout cleverly combines the dual advantages of ventilation and cooling:

1. Air cooler (core function: ventilation+cooling): Using the physical principle of water evaporation and heat absorption, it filters and cools the fresh air rich in oxygen outside, and evenly delivers it to the workshop through long air ducts. This not only creates a slightly positive pressure environment, effectively squeezing out the turbid and hot air generated in densely populated areas, ensuring the freshness of the air, but also avoiding the trouble of directly blowing lightweight tissues with gentle airflow.

2. Industrial air conditioning (core function: precise temperature control and dehumidification): For rainy season or extreme high temperature weather, industrial air conditioning starts active cooling mode. According to thermodynamic principles, air conditioning can effectively remove water vapor from the air (condensation dehumidification) while cooling, firmly controlling the temperature and humidity of the workshop within the range required by the production process.

After the installation and operation of the equipment, the workshop environment has undergone a qualitative leap:

1. Improved human comfort: Employees have bid farewell to the previous hot and humid work state, with a significant decrease in perceived temperature and a significant increase in work enthusiasm and retention rate.
