本项目位于佛山市顺德区,属于典型亚热带季风气候区域,常年温暖湿润,夏季炎热漫长,平均气温可达28-33℃,湿度较高,体感闷热。在这样的气候条件下,室内体育场馆的通风与降温尤为重要。该篮球馆作为对外营业的室内体育场馆,不仅为周边居民提供了专业、舒适的运动环境,更承载着推动全民健身、促进社区体育文化发展的重要社会意义。

场馆主体为彩钢结构,墙体采用砖砌材质,基于安全与节能考虑,墙面未设大面积玻璃窗,整体密闭性良好;屋顶采用带隔热层的彩钢瓦,有效阻隔日照热辐射。场馆总面积近5000平方米,挑高15余米,内部设有2个标准篮球场(含少量观众席,可用于比赛)及4个非标准篮球场(主要用于训练),并配有休息区域。两区之间设有物理隔断,形成彼此独立的功能分区。

比赛区对环境舒适度要求较高,且设有观众席,因此采用数十台壁挂式智能射流省电工业空调。该方案虽初期投入相对较高,但具备精确温控能力,可稳定维持设定温度,确保赛事环境舒适宜人。壁挂式安装节省地面空间,避免设备被撞击;远距离射流送风解决高大空间温差问题;智能启停系统则根据人流量自动运行,实现节能与舒适的平衡。

训练区以通风降温与成本控制为主要诉求,因此选用数十台外墙安装的智能控制冷风机(环保空调),通过管道实现高位送风。该设备虽不具备精确温控功能,但凭借大风量通风与蒸发冷却原理,能有效降低体感温度,且初期投资与运行成本显著低于空调系统,为业主大幅节省用电支出。高位安装也确保了设备安全与场地空间的完整利用。

两套系统协同运作,既满足了比赛区对温度精准控制的高标准需求,又实现了训练区经济高效的通风降温,整体打造出分区合理、节能实用、体验舒适的场馆环境。项目投入使用后,场馆不同区域均达到预期效果,运营成本得到有效控制,获得业主一致好评。

This project is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, which belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon climate zone. It is warm and humid all year round, with long and hot summers. The average temperature can reach 28-33 ℃, with high humidity and a feeling of stuffiness. Under such climatic conditions, ventilation and cooling of indoor sports venues are particularly important. As an indoor sports venue for external operation, this basketball court not only provides a professional and comfortable sports environment for surrounding residents, but also carries important social significance in promoting national fitness and promoting the development of community sports culture.

The main structure of the venue is made of color steel, and the walls are made of brick materials. For safety and energy conservation considerations, there are no large glass windows on the walls, and the overall airtightness is good; The roof is made of color steel tiles with insulation layer, effectively blocking sunlight and heat radiation. The total area of the venue is nearly 5000 square meters, with a height of over 15 meters. Inside, there are 2 standard basketball courts (including a small number of spectator seats, which can be used for competitions) and 4 non-standard basketball courts (mainly used for training), as well as rest areas. There is a physical partition between the two areas, forming independent functional zones.

The Ruifeng technical team has comprehensively considered multiple factors such as climate characteristics, spatial structure, usage scenarios, and operating costs, adhering to the design principle of "functional matching and optimal benefits", and has developed differentiated solutions for different regions:

The competition area has high requirements for environmental comfort and is equipped with audience seats, so dozens of wall mounted intelligent jet energy-saving industrial air conditioners are used. Although the initial investment of this plan is relatively high, it has precise temperature control capability, which can stably maintain the set temperature and ensure a comfortable and pleasant competition environment. Wall mounted installation saves ground space and prevents equipment from being impacted; Long distance jet air supply solves the problem of temperature difference in tall spaces; The intelligent start stop system automatically operates based on the flow of people, achieving a balance between energy conservation and comfort.

The main demands of the training area are ventilation, cooling, and cost control. Therefore, dozens of intelligent control air coolers (environmentally friendly air conditioners) installed on the exterior walls are selected to achieve high-level air supply through pipelines. Although the device does not have precise temperature control function, it can effectively reduce the perceived temperature by relying on the principles of high air volume ventilation and evaporative cooling. Moreover, the initial investment and operating costs are significantly lower than those of the air conditioning system, which greatly saves electricity expenses for the owner. High installation also ensures equipment safety and the complete utilization of site space.

The collaborative operation of the two systems not only meets the high standard requirements for precise temperature control in the competition area, but also achieves economical and efficient ventilation and cooling in the training area, creating an overall venue environment with reasonable zoning, energy-saving practicality, and comfortable experience. After the project was put into use, the expected results were achieved in different areas of the venue, and the operating costs were effectively controlled, receiving unanimous praise from the owners.
