本项目位于泰国曼谷郊区,服务于泰国安森科技有限公司(泰文:บริษัท แอนเซน เทคโนโลยี จำกัด,英文:ANSEN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.)。该公司主要从事电子元器件、半导体及相关技术产品的贸易与分销,业务覆盖泰国本土制造企业与科技公司,是东南亚电子供应链中的重要一环。

曼谷属热带季风气候,终年高温高湿,年均气温约28-32℃,相对湿度常达70%-90%。在这种湿热环境下,仓储环境的温湿度控制尤为关键,尤其对电子元器件的储存——温度波动、湿度过高易导致元件氧化、静电积聚、性能衰减甚至报废。因此,安森科技对其仓储中心的环境稳定性提出了极高要求。

二、仓储环境特点与挑战

该仓储物流中心由十余栋大型库房组成,每栋面积约4000平方米,层高15米,主体为彩钢屋顶与砖砌墙体结构。尽管屋面敷设隔热材料,但在热带日照下,库内仍易形成高温区,加之空间高大、空气流通缓慢,传统通风设备难以实现均匀降温。

电子产品的储存环境需满足以下条件:

1、温度:通常要求22-26℃,波动范围不超过±2℃;

2、湿度:需控制在45%-60%RH,防止凝露与静电;

3、空气洁净度:避免粉尘附着,减少器件污染。

此外,泰国部分地区电力供应紧张,基础设施仍在发展中,如何在有限电力资源下实现高效、稳定的环境控制,成为本项目设计的核心难点。


三、瑞峰定制化解决方案

基于现场勘察与多维分析,瑞峰技术团队综合考虑了:

1、气候与建筑结构:针对热带高温高湿气候与高大空间特点,计算冷负荷与送风距离,优化气流组织;

2、产品环境严苛性:结合电子仓储的温湿度敏感需求,强化除湿与精准控温能力;

3、当地能源条件:匹配泰国电网电压频率标准与电力短缺现状,采用节能型配置,降低运行成本。

最终方案确定为:定制卧式射流除湿型蒸发冷省电工业空调系统。该设备融合蒸发冷却与强制除湿技术,通过远距离射流送风实现库内温度均匀下降,同时将湿度稳定控制在工艺要求范围内。机组适配当地电压规格,具备能耗低、送风远、维护简便等特点,尤其适合电力资源紧张的地区长期运行。

四、项目实施与成效

系统安装调试后,库内温度稳定维持在24-26℃,湿度保持在50%-55%RH,完全符合电子元器件仓储标准。业主反馈良好,不仅实现了环境管控目标,每月电费同比传统空调节省约40%,且设备运行平稳,维护便捷。

此次合作进一步巩固了安森科技在泰国的供应链效能,也成为瑞峰在东南亚地区的标杆案例之一。

Ⅰ. Project Overview and Background

This project is located in the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand, and serves ANSEN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (Thai: บริษัทแอนเซนเทคโนโลยีจำกัด). The company is primarily engaged in the trade and distribution of electronic components, semiconductors, and related technology products, serving local manufacturing enterprises and technology companies in Thailand. It is an important link in the Southeast Asian electronics supply chain.

Bangkok has a tropical monsoon climate, characterized by high temperatures and humidity throughout the year, with an average annual temperature of about 28-32℃ and a relative humidity often reaching 70%-90%. In such a hot and humid environment, temperature and humidity control in the storage environment is particularly crucial, especially for the storage of electronic components - temperature fluctuations and high humidity can easily lead to component oxidation, electrostatic accumulation, performance degradation, and even scrap. Therefore, Anson Technology has set extremely high requirements for the environmental stability of its storage center.

II. Characteristics and Challenges of Warehousing Environment

The warehousing and logistics center comprises over ten large warehouses, each spanning approximately 4,000 square meters and standing at a height of 15 meters. The main structure features a color steel roof and brick walls. Despite the installation of thermal insulation materials on the roof, high-temperature areas are still prone to form inside the warehouses under tropical sunlight. Coupled with the spacious and lofty interior and slow air circulation, traditional ventilation equipment struggles to achieve uniform cooling.

The storage environment for electronic products must meet the following conditions:

1. Temperature: Typically, it is required to be between 22-26℃, with a fluctuation range not exceeding ±2℃;

2. Humidity: It needs to be controlled at 45%-60%RH to prevent condensation and static electricity;

3. Air cleanliness: Prevent dust adhesion and reduce component contamination.

In addition, some areas in Thailand face power supply shortages, and infrastructure is still under development. How to achieve efficient and stable environmental control with limited power resources has become the core challenge of this project design.

III. Ruifeng's Customized Solutions

Based on on-site investigation and multi-dimensional analysis, the Ruifeng technical team comprehensively considered:

1. Climate and building structure: Considering the tropical climate characterized by high temperature and humidity, as well as the characteristics of large and high spaces, calculate the cooling load and air supply distance, and optimize the airflow organization;

2. Product environmental rigor: Considering the temperature and humidity sensitive requirements of electronic warehousing, enhance dehumidification and precise temperature control capabilities;

3. Local energy conditions: To align with Thailand's grid voltage and frequency standards and address the current power shortage, energy-saving configurations are adopted to reduce operating costs.

The final solution is determined as: a customized horizontal jet dehumidification evaporative cooling energy-saving industrial air conditioning system. This equipment integrates evaporative cooling and forced dehumidification technology, achieving uniform temperature drop inside the warehouse through long-distance jet air supply, while stably controlling the humidity within the process requirements. The unit is compatible with local voltage specifications and features low energy consumption, long air supply distance, and easy maintenance, making it particularly suitable for long-term operation in areas with limited power resources.

IV. Project Implementation and Achievements

After the system was installed and debugged, the temperature inside the warehouse was stably maintained at 24-26℃, and the humidity was kept at 50%-55%RH, fully meeting the storage standards for electronic components. The owner provided positive feedback, stating that not only were environmental control objectives achieved, but the monthly electricity bill was also reduced by approximately 40% compared to traditional air conditioning. Additionally, the equipment operated smoothly and was easy to maintain.

This collaboration has further enhanced the supply chain efficiency of Anson Technology in Thailand and has become one of the benchmark cases for Ruifeng in the Southeast Asia region.

The current Southeast Asian region, just like China's industrial start-up stage more than 30 years ago, has rapidly developed manufacturing and logistics industries, but faces common challenges such as insufficient infrastructure, lack of professional technology, and limited energy allocation. Especially in humid and hot climates, the demand for ventilation and cooling in various factories and storage centers is becoming increasingly prominent.
