The summer is hot and humid, with temperatures often exceeding 30 ℃ and high humidity; Winter is mild, but there is a large temperature difference between day and night. In spring, when returning to the south, the weather is significantly humid. This climate condition places high demands on the food production and storage environment - fluctuations in temperature and humidity can easily lead to the growth of food microorganisms, moisture in packaging, and deterioration of raw materials, directly affecting product safety and quality stability.
This food factory focuses on the production of packaged food, and its production process has strict standards for environmental cleanliness, temperature and humidity control. If the workshop environment fails to meet the standards, it not only affects the comfort and efficiency of employee operations, but also may cause food hygiene risks, shorten product shelf life, and damage the brand reputation of the enterprise.
This renovation is aimed at the high-level production packaging workshop and low-level storage warehouse within the factory. The factory building is a multi story reinforced concrete structure, with outdated ventilation equipment, limited cooling capacity, and no dehumidification function, which can no longer meet current production needs. In order to improve the level of environmental control, ensure food quality, and enhance market competitiveness, the factory has decided to introduce professional air conditioning systems for environmental upgrades.
The solution team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered multiple factors: the high humidity climate characteristics of Qingyuan area all year round, the good sealing of the factory structure suitable for industrial air conditioning with internal circulation airflow organization, the large workshop area but concentrated actual operation area, and the selection of suspended jet models to save ground space.
