该项目位于海南省三亚市，属于典型的热带海洋性气候，常年高温高湿，夏季平均温度达28-32℃，冬季亦维持在20℃以上，年平均湿度约80%。湿热的环境对精密航空设备的维护保养提出了严峻挑战，尤其在防止金属部件锈蚀、确保电子系统稳定等方面，车间内部环境的温湿度控制尤为重要。

该车间为南航直升机专项维保中心，承担机体检查、发动机检修、航电系统调试、旋翼平衡校准等关键维保任务。这些工序对环境洁净度、温湿度及空气流通性具有严格要求：恒温恒湿可避免精密仪器热胀冷缩带来的测量误差，良好的通风则能有效排出焊接烟尘、化学品挥发气体，保障人员健康与作业安全。

车间建筑为隔热型彩钢棚结构，长110米、宽45米、高16米，内部开阔方正。四周墙面设双层采光窗，屋顶采用夹芯隔热彩钢瓦，虽具备一定保温性能，但在海南高温辐射与内部设备散热的双重影响下，仍面临严峻的降温与通风挑战。

瑞峰环保制冷技术团队综合考虑地理气候、建筑结构与维保作业特性，创新设计出“壁挂式射流工业空调系统”解决方案：

1、因地制宜：针对高热高湿环境，选用高效除湿与快速降温机型；

2、空间优化：采用壁挂安装方式，全面释放地面作业空间，保障设备与人员动线畅通；

3、远距送风：配置多台射流空调，实现定向强风输送，有效覆盖百米长度，消除温湿度分层；

4、智能运维：系统支持分区控制与远程监控，便于日常维护与能耗管理。

项目共安装射流工业空调32台，沿车间侧墙分层布局，形成复合气流组织。运行后，车间整体温度稳定控制在26±2℃，湿度保持在60%以下，空气流通均匀无死角。即便在高温季节，维保人员作业区仍保持体感舒适，设备维护精度与工作效率显著提升，获得了南航后勤管理部门的高度认可：“方案专业、实施高效，完全符合航空维保环境的严苛要求。”

此次合作是瑞峰环保制冷首次服务航空领域，标志着我们在高标准工业环境控温领域取得重要突破。该项目形成的“高大空间射流温控解决方案”已具备向类似场景推广的成熟经验，包括：航空航天制造厂、高铁检修基地、大型物流仓储中心、智能制造车间等，为更多行业提供节能、可靠的空间环境系统支持。

The project is located in Sanya City, Hainan Province, which belongs to a typical tropical maritime climate with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. The average temperature in summer reaches 28-32 ℃, and in winter it remains above 20 ℃. The annual average humidity is about 80%. The humid and hot environment poses a serious challenge to the maintenance of precision aviation equipment, especially in preventing metal parts from rusting and ensuring the stability of electronic systems. Temperature and humidity control of the internal environment of the workshop is particularly important.

This workshop is the specialized maintenance center for Southern Airlines helicopters, responsible for key maintenance tasks such as aircraft inspection, engine maintenance, avionics system debugging, and rotor balance calibration. These processes have strict requirements for environmental cleanliness, temperature and humidity, and air circulation: constant temperature and humidity can avoid measurement errors caused by thermal expansion and contraction of precision instruments, and good ventilation can effectively discharge welding fumes and chemical volatile gases, ensuring personnel health and job safety.

The workshop building is a heat-insulating color steel shed structure, measuring 110 meters long, 45 meters wide, and 16 meters high, with an open and square interior. Double layered skylights are installed on the surrounding walls, and the roof is made of sandwich insulated color steel tiles. Although it has certain insulation performance, it still faces severe challenges in cooling and ventilation under the dual effects of high temperature radiation and internal equipment heat dissipation in Hainan.

The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team has innovatively designed a "wall mounted jet industrial air conditioning system" solution, taking into account geographical climate, building structure, and maintenance operation characteristics

1. Tailored to local conditions: Select high-efficiency dehumidification and rapid cooling models for high heat and high humidity environments;

2. Space optimization: wall mounted installation method is adopted to fully release the working space on the ground and ensure smooth flow of equipment and personnel;

3. Remote air supply: equipped with multiple jet air conditioners to achieve directional strong wind transmission, effectively covering a length of 100 meters and eliminating temperature and humidity stratification;

4. Intelligent operation and maintenance: The system supports partition control and remote monitoring, which facilitates daily maintenance and energy consumption management.

A total of 32 jet industrial air conditioners were installed in the project, arranged in layers along the side walls of the workshop to form a composite airflow organization. After operation, the overall temperature of the workshop is stably controlled at 26 ± 2 ℃, the humidity is kept below 60%, and the air circulation is uniform without dead corners. Even in the hot season, the maintenance personnel's work area still maintains a comfortable feeling, and the equipment maintenance accuracy and work efficiency have significantly improved, which has been highly recognized by the logistics management department of China Southern Airlines: "The plan is professional, the implementation is efficient, and fully meets the strict requirements of the aviation maintenance environment

This cooperation is the first time that Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has served the aviation industry, marking an important breakthrough in our high standard industrial environment temperature control field. The "High Space Jet Temperature Control Solution" formed by this project has mature experience in promoting to similar scenarios, including aerospace manufacturing plants, high-speed rail maintenance bases, large logistics and warehousing centers, intelligent manufacturing workshops, etc., providing energy-saving and reliable space environment system support for more industries.
