Project Background and Customer Challenges

This project is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, and the client is a precision plastic products factory. Shenzhen is located in a subtropical maritime climate zone, with long and high temperature and humidity summers, posing severe challenges to industrial production, especially precision manufacturing. As the core area of China's Silicon Valley, Longgang District has gathered a large number of high-tech enterprises, among which the precision plastic industry is closely connected to local advantageous industries such as electronic information and new energy vehicles, and has extremely high requirements for the stability of the production environment and product yield.

The production workshop of the factory was originally equipped with industrial fans, which can promote air flow but cannot effectively reduce the ambient temperature. With the rising summer temperatures, the workshop is hot and stuffy, which not only affects the comfort and production efficiency of employees, but also poses a potential threat to the dimensional stability and quality of precision plastic products. Therefore, the customer urgently needs ventilation and cooling renovation. At the same time, the factory has put forward a key requirement: the installation and commissioning of all equipment must be carried out without affecting the normal operation of the existing production line.

Ruifeng Solution: Customized Layout Design for Mobile Air Coolers

After conducting an in-depth on-site investigation, the technical team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration comprehensively considered multiple key factors:

1. Geographical and climatic factors: In response to the high temperature and humidity climate characteristics of Shenzhen in summer, it is necessary to choose equipment with significant cooling effects and stable operation.

2. Customer core demand: It is necessary to achieve "interference free construction" and avoid the production stoppage losses caused by traditional engineering.

3. Workshop physical environment: The production workshop has a large area, compact internal equipment layout, and some materials are stacked. The mobile air cooler (SS-EAC series) product itself has the characteristics of "wide wind range, soft air outlet, plug and play, and easy mobility". We don't need to carry out any complex pipeline laying or fixed installation, just deploy the equipment accurately in key areas based on the distribution of heat sources in the workshop and the layout of employee workstations. The equipment can be pushed to the designated location and immediately used upon power on, truly achieving the construction goal of "zero impact and zero shutdown".

Principles of Physics and Improvement of Workshop Environment

The scientific basis of this plan is the principle of water evaporation cooling: after the equipment is started, the external hot air is sucked in by the centrifugal fan and passes through the high-efficiency 5090 type wet curtain. The water film on the wet curtain absorbs heat from the air and evaporates, transforming the hot air into cool, moist and clean air. Then, a large volume centrifugal fan is used to continuously deliver the cold air to the target area.
