本案中的奔宝奥汽修厂,位于深圳一住宅区附近的商业街门店,地理位置优越,周边人流密集。店内接待区经过精装修并配备空调,环境舒适,体现出对客户体验的重视。然而,维修保养工作区因空间开放、层高较高、油气味重、设备多、人员流动频繁,无法简单采用传统空调系统。如何在不大动土木的前提下,为技工创造一个相对凉爽、通风、安全的工作环境,成为本次项目的核心挑战。
瑞峰方案设计人员深入现场,结合深圳湿热气候、作业区开放结构、人员频繁进出、设备布局多变等多重因素,最终提出移动离心式冷风机布置方案。这一设计主要基于以下几点考虑:
1、灵活应对人员流动:维修工位不固定,人员走动频繁,移动机型可根据实际需要随时调整位置,适应不同作业场景,真正实现“风随人动”。
2、适应开放空间特点:开放或半开放空间难以通过空调实现有效降温,而冷风机通过“水蒸发吸热”的物理原理,利用水循环降温技术,将热空气通过湿帘降温后送入工作区,自然、节能、环保,特别适合此类空间。
3、大风量提升体感舒适度:离心式冷风机风量大、送风远,能快速带走作业区热量和异味,显著改善技工的作业环境,降低中暑风险,提升工作效率。
4、无需安装,零改造成本:移动式设备即插即用,不破坏原有结构,无需装修投入,极大降低了企业的改造门槛。
设备投入使用后,车间内温度明显下降,空气流通性增强,油气味和闷热感大幅减轻,技工普遍反映“干活更有劲”。车主在等待维修时,也能感受到企业对员工的关怀和对服务品质的追求,无形中提升了客户信任和回头率。

The auto repair shop is located in Shenzhen, along the coast of southern China, with a subtropical maritime climate. The summer is long and hot, and the winter is mild and brief. Such climate conditions have raised higher requirements for the working environment of automobile repair workshops - high temperature and high humidity not only affect work efficiency, but also pose challenges to the physical health of repair technicians.
Looking at the whole country, auto repair shops are scattered throughout urban and rural areas. With the continuous growth of car ownership, the automotive maintenance industry is also developing rapidly. Whether it's 4S stores, chain fast repair shops, or community-based repair shops, they are constantly improving their service quality and customer experience. However, a key aspect that is often overlooked is the working environment in the maintenance workshop. Maintenance work is often accompanied by high temperatures, oil stains, noise, and poor air circulation. Improving this environment not only concerns the physical and mental health of employees, but also directly affects the quality of maintenance and corporate image. As an important component of the automotive aftermarket, the auto repair industry carries the important mission of ensuring traffic safety, extending vehicle lifespan, and serving social travel.
The Benbaoao Auto Repair Factory in this case is located in a commercial street store near a residential area in Shenzhen, with a superior geographical location and dense pedestrian traffic in the surrounding area. The reception area in the store has been finely decorated and equipped with air conditioning, creating a comfortable environment that reflects the emphasis on customer experience. However, the maintenance work area cannot simply adopt traditional air conditioning systems due to its open space, high floor height, heavy oil odor, multiple equipment, and frequent personnel flow. The core challenge of this project is how to create a relatively cool, ventilated, and safe working environment for technicians without much civil engineering work.
Ruifeng's design team went deep into the site and combined multiple factors such as Shenzhen's humid and hot climate, open structure of the work area, frequent personnel entry and exit, and variable equipment layout, ultimately proposed a layout plan for mobile centrifugal air coolers. This design is mainly based on the following considerations:
1. Flexible response to personnel mobility: Maintenance workstations are not fixed, personnel move frequently, and mobile models can be adjusted to different work scenarios according to actual needs, truly achieving "wind follows people".
2. Adapting to the characteristics of open spaces: Open or semi open spaces are difficult to achieve effective cooling through air conditioning, while air coolers use the physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" and utilize water circulation cooling technology to cool hot air through wet curtains before sending it into the work area. They are natural, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly, making them particularly suitable for such spaces.
3. High air volume enhances physical comfort: Centrifugal air coolers have high air volume and far air supply, which can quickly remove heat and odors from the work area, significantly improve the working environment for technicians, reduce the risk of heatstroke, and enhance work efficiency.
4. No installation required, zero renovation cost: Mobile devices are plug and play, do not damage the original structure, do not require renovation investment, greatly reducing the threshold for enterprise renovation.
After the equipment was put into use, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, the air circulation was enhanced, the oil smell and stuffiness were greatly reduced, and technicians generally reported that they worked more vigorously. Car owners can also feel the company's care for employees and pursuit of service quality while waiting for repairs, which invisibly enhances customer trust and return rates.
