Project Background and Customer Pain Points

This project is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. Huizhou is located in the core area of the Pearl River Delta, with a subtropical monsoon climate. It experiences high temperatures and heavy rainfall in summer, with an average temperature often exceeding 30 ℃. Additionally, it has high humidity and long periods of stuffiness, posing a severe challenge to the industrial production environment. As an important part of the world-class electronic information industry belt in the Pearl River Delta, Huizhou and surrounding areas have gathered tens of thousands of electronic and electrical enterprises, forming a complete industrial chain from parts to whole machine production. The production workshops in this industry generally have strict requirements for temperature, cleanliness, and fresh air volume: electronic components are prone to accelerated aging and affect performance stability in high temperature environments; Trace amounts of smoke and odors generated during welding, injection molding, and other processes need to be quickly eliminated; At the same time, high-density production environments can easily lead to insufficient oxygen content, affecting the physical and mental health and work efficiency of employees.

The customer workshop is located in a standard multi story reinforced concrete structure factory building, with good overall airtightness and spacious but large area. Due to the limitations of the building structure and poor natural ventilation, the internal temperature remains high throughout the summer, and moisture accumulates. This not only affects the yield of precision electronic products, but also leads to a hot and humid working environment for frontline employees, resulting in an increase in personnel turnover. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an efficient, energy-saving, and practical ventilation and cooling solution.

1. Geographical location and climate: In response to the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics of Huizhou, the plan needs to take into account both cooling and dehumidification to avoid excessive humidity caused by simple cooling.

Under the influence of atmospheric pressure, fresh outdoor air will be "pulled" into the workshop through the air inlet of the air cooler installed on the other side. This "pull-out" airflow organization not only accelerates the circulation and ventilation of air, but also cleverly discharges the trace water vapor brought in by the air cooler quickly outside, effectively balancing temperature and humidity, and keeping the workshop environment dry, cool, and rich in oxygen at all times.
