【建筑结构与现状】

该仓储中心主体为大型彩钢房结构，虽已做隔热保温处理，但由于空间封闭、空气流通性差，内部温度在夏季常常高于室外，导致作业环境闷热，影响员工体感与工作效率。同时，仓储行业对设备运行稳定性和人员作业安全性有严格要求，因此亟需在不改变建筑结构的前提下，进行有效的通风降温改善。

【方案设计思路】

It is hot and humid all the year round, especially in summer. The warehousing industry, as an important link in the logistics chain, has high requirements for temperature and humidity control of the environment, especially in high-density storage and frequent personnel operations. Good ventilation and cooling directly affect the quality of goods preservation and the work efficiency of employees. As one of the regional logistics hubs, Doraemon Warehousing Center carries a large amount of material transfer and storage tasks, and its operational efficiency is of great significance to the smooth operation of the surrounding industrial chain.

Building Structure and Current Situation

The main body of the storage center is a large color steel house structure. Although it has been treated with thermal insulation, due to the enclosed space and poor air circulation, the internal temperature is often higher than outdoors in summer, resulting in a hot and humid working environment that affects employees' physical perception and work efficiency. At the same time, the warehousing industry has strict requirements for the stability of equipment operation and the safety of personnel operations, so it is urgent to carry out effective ventilation and cooling improvements without changing the building structure.

[Design Concept]

After conducting thorough research on the on-site environment, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team comprehensively considered multiple factors such as the humid and hot climate, storage space structure, personnel mobility, and equipment investment costs in the Foshan area, and ultimately proposed a combination solution of multiple mobile centrifugal air coolers and mobile industrial grade large fans. This design fully embodies our adherence to the concept of "adapting to local conditions, being flexible and efficient".

1. Flexible response to personnel activity uncertainty

The personnel in the storage operation area have frequent activities and their positions are not fixed, making it difficult for traditional fixed equipment to cover all operation points. Mobile devices can flexibly move with people and objects, truly achieving "wind follows people's movements".

The structure of color steel houses is relatively open and cannot form a closed space for centralized cooling, so it is more suitable to use local cooling methods.
