基于以上分析,我们采用大风量离心式冷风机+长风管均匀送风组合方案。冷风机安装在建筑墙体外侧,不占用室内生产面积,通过高效离心风机将室外新鲜空气降温处理后,送入长风管系统,再由长风管均匀分布至各个工位区域。该系统具备以下优势:

Dongguan is located in the the Pearl River Delta and has a subtropical monsoon climate. The annual temperature is high, the summer is humid and rainy, and the winter is mild and humid. The long-term high temperature and humidity environment has brought great challenges to the working comfort and product quality stability of the production workshop. As an important part of the "world factory", Dongguan has a dense manufacturing industry, particularly developed plastic products and packaging industries, complete industrial chain supporting facilities, and constantly increasing requirements for the production environment.
The production process of plastic bags involves multiple processes such as blown film, printing, lamination, and bag making, many of which are sensitive to temperature and humidity. For example, in the printing process, fluctuations in temperature and humidity can easily lead to decreased ink adhesion and inaccurate color matching; In the composite process, if the environmental humidity is too high, problems such as material adhesion and decreased peel strength are prone to occur. [Scheme Design and Implementation]
After conducting thorough research on the project site, the design team of Ruifeng Company comprehensively considered the following key factors:
1. Geographical and climatic factors: Dongguan experiences high temperatures and humidity in summer, which requires addressing the issues of stuffiness and poor air circulation in workshops;

Based on the above analysis, we adopt a combination of high air volume centrifugal air coolers and long air ducts for uniform air supply. The air cooler is installed on the outer side of the building wall and does not occupy indoor production area. After cooling the outdoor fresh air through an efficient centrifugal fan, it is sent into a long air duct system and evenly distributed to various workstation areas through the long air duct. This system has the following advantages:
1. Strong long-distance air supply capability: The high air volume design can effectively cover large-span workshops and solve the problem of long-distance air supply for multi story factories;
2. Positive pressure heat dissipation and turbidity removal: The system continuously sends fresh air to create an indoor micro positive pressure environment, effectively removing the hot and turbid gases generated by employee equipment and improving air quality;
