山西太原地处华北地区，属于温带大陆性季风气候，四季分明，夏季炎热干燥，冬季寒冷少雨。这样的气候条件使得夏季车间内温度容易升高，影响工人工作效率和产品质量。太原作为山西省的省会，工业基础雄厚，近年来纺织服装产业发展迅速，涌现出一批如晋阳制衣厂这样具备规模化和现代化生产能力的企业。

为此，我们设计了一套高效节能的通风降温方案：将蒸发式冷风机安装在车间外墙外侧，通过风管将冷风引入室内，确保冷风均匀分布。同时，根据车间面积和设备布局，经过专业计算，安装了匹配换气次数的负压风机，形成“送风+排风”的气流组织系统。蒸发式冷风机利用水蒸发吸热的物理原理，将室外热空气降温后送入室内，负压风机则快速排出车间内的异味、热气，形成持续的空气流通，有效改善车间空气质量。

方案实施后，车间内温度明显下降，空气清新度大幅提升，工人体感舒适度显著改善，生产效率提高了约15%，产品品质也得到了有效保障。工人们在凉爽、清新的环境中工作，积极性更高，企业主也对降温效果和节能表现赞不绝口。

The summer is hot and dry, while the winter is cold and rainy. Such climatic conditions make it easy for the temperature in the workshop to rise during the summer, affecting workers' work efficiency and product quality. As the capital of Shanxi Province, Taiyuan has a strong industrial foundation. In recent years, the textile and clothing industry has developed rapidly, and a group of enterprises with large-scale and modern production capabilities such as Jinyang Garment Factory have emerged.

Jinyang Garment Factory is a large-scale clothing enterprise that integrates design, cutting, sewing, and ironing. The production process covers the entire process from fabric inspection, cutting, sewing to finished garment ironing and packaging. During the clothing production process, sewing machines, ironing equipment, etc. release a large amount of heat and odor. In addition, the factory building is a reinforced concrete structure with good sealing. If effective ventilation and cooling measures are not taken, the problems of high temperature and cloudy air in the workshop will seriously affect the workers' physical comfort and production efficiency.

In response to this situation, the designers of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration have comprehensively considered multiple factors: firstly, the dry climate of Taiyuan makes it suitable to use evaporative air coolers (environmentally friendly air conditioners) for cooling; Secondly, the clothing industry has limited profit margins and cannot afford the high operating costs of traditional air conditioners, while evaporative air coolers have the advantages of low investment and low operating costs; Furthermore, the equipment in the workshop is dense, and the ground space is precious. Equipment installation should try not to occupy the production area as much as possible.

To this end, we have designed an efficient and energy-saving ventilation and cooling solution: installing evaporative air coolers on the outside of the workshop walls, and introducing cold air into the room through air ducts to ensure even distribution of cold air. At the same time, based on the workshop area and equipment layout, after professional calculation, negative pressure fans with matching air exchange rates were installed to form an airflow organization system of "supply air+exhaust air". Evaporative air coolers use the physical principle of water evaporation to absorb heat, cooling the outdoor hot air and sending it indoors. Negative pressure fans quickly remove odors and hot air from the workshop, creating continuous air circulation and effectively improving the air quality in the workshop.

After the implementation of the plan, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, the air freshness greatly improved, the comfort of workers significantly improved, production efficiency increased by about 15%, and product quality was effectively guaranteed. The workers work in a cool and fresh environment, which increases their enthusiasm, and the business owners also praise the cooling effect and energy-saving performance.
