【项目挑战:同一厂房,两种温区需求】
全印图文的生产车间主要分为两大类:
1、胶印车间(精准控温区): 这里是印刷的核心。胶印机在工作时,油墨在高速滚筒的碾压下会产生大量热量。温度的细微波动会导致油墨黏度变化,直接影响水墨平衡,造成套印不准、色彩偏差等质量问题。因此,胶印车间需要一个温度恒定、湿度可控、气流稳定的工作环境,以避免环境波动对精密设备及印刷品质造成影响。
2、裁切与装订车间(通风换气区): 该区域主要进行印后加工。大型裁纸刀和胶装设备同样会释放热量和粉尘,但该工序对温湿度的敏感度远低于胶印。这里的核心痛点在于空气流通不畅、闷热及粉尘悬浮,严重影响工人的作业体验和后道工序的精准度。

1、在胶印车间:安装瑞峰蒸发冷轴流工业省电空调(水空调)
针对胶印车间对温湿度的严苛要求,我们引入了数台大冷量、出风柔和的蒸发冷轴流工业省电空调。这套系统采用独特的水冷却+压缩机制冷双效模式:室外主机通过水帘蒸发技术对冷却水进行一次降温,再将降温后的水输送至室内机;室内机通过压缩机对冷却水进行二次压缩降温,最终将强劲的冷风送入车间。这种“水空调”方案既实现了与传统空调同等的降温除湿效果,又因二次冷却的设计大幅降低了运行能耗。设备安装后,胶印车间实现了精准温控,油墨传递稳定,印刷品质得到了坚实保障。
2、在裁切与装订车间:安装环保空调(冷风机)
而对于仅需通风换气的后道工序车间,我们则配置了投资成本更低、效果立竿见影的环保空调。该设备利用水蒸发吸热原理,持续向车间内送入经过过滤降温的新鲜空气,同时将室内的热气、粉尘和异味挤压排出。设备安装后,整个裁切与装订车间的温度明显下降,空气流通性大幅改善,一扫往日的闷热与浑浊,为工人们营造了一个清凉、洁净的工作环境。

The temperature control ability of its production environment directly affects the final quality of printed materials and the competitiveness of the enterprise.
As a "city business card" industry, the printing industry has extremely precise and complex manufacturing processes. From the precise imaging of CTP plate making machines, to the ink transfer of high-speed offset printing machines such as Heidelberg and Komatsu, to the later cutting production lines and adhesive assembly lines, every link has strict environmental requirements. The task assigned to the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration team this time is to solve the ventilation and cooling problems of multiple workshops and differentiated needs for this established enterprise.
[Project Challenge: Same factory building, two temperature zone requirements]
The production workshops for fully printed graphics and text are mainly divided into two categories:
1. Offset printing workshop (precise temperature control area): This is the core of printing. During the operation of the offset printing press, a large amount of heat is generated by the high-speed roller pressing the ink. Minor temperature fluctuations can cause changes in ink viscosity, directly affecting the balance of ink and causing quality issues such as inaccurate printing and color deviation. Therefore, the offset printing workshop requires a working environment with constant temperature, controllable humidity, and stable airflow to avoid the impact of environmental fluctuations on precision equipment and printing quality.
2. Cutting and Binding Workshop (Ventilation Area): This area is mainly used for post press processing. Large paper cutters and adhesive equipment also release heat and dust, but this process is much less sensitive to temperature and humidity than offset printing. The core pain points here are poor air circulation, stuffiness, and dust suspension, which seriously affect the working experience of workers and the accuracy of subsequent processes.
Ruifeng Plan: Partition Governance, Precise Matching
Faced with two completely different environmental demands within the same enterprise, Ruifeng's design team did not adopt a "one size fits all" solution. Instead, they comprehensively considered the high temperature and high humidity climate in Shenzhen, the building structure of the factory, the heat generation of equipment in different areas, and the sensitivity to environmental temperature and humidity, and ultimately developed a comprehensive solution of "zoning management and equipment combination".
1. In the offset printing workshop: Install Ruifeng evaporative cooling axial flow industrial energy-saving air conditioning (water air conditioning)
In response to the strict requirements for temperature and humidity in the offset printing workshop, we have introduced several evaporative cooling axial flow industrial energy-saving air conditioners with high cooling capacity and soft air outlet. This system adopts a unique dual effect mode of water cooling and compressor cooling: the outdoor host uses water curtain evaporation technology to cool the cooling water once, and then transports the cooled water to the indoor unit; The indoor unit compresses and cools the cooling water through a compressor, ultimately delivering strong cold air into the workshop. This "water air conditioning" solution not only achieves the same cooling and dehumidification effect as traditional air conditioning, but also significantly reduces operating energy consumption due to the design of secondary cooling. After the installation of the equipment, the offset printing workshop achieved precise temperature control, stable ink transfer, and solid guarantee of printing quality.
2. In the cutting and binding workshop: Install environmentally friendly air conditioning (air cooler)
For the post-processing workshops that only require ventilation, we have equipped them with environmentally friendly air conditioning that has lower investment costs and immediate effects. This device utilizes the principle of water evaporation to absorb heat, continuously sending filtered and cooled fresh air into the workshop, while squeezing out hot air, dust, and odors indoors. After the installation of the equipment, the temperature of the entire cutting and binding workshop significantly decreased, and the air circulation was greatly improved, sweeping away the previous stuffiness and turbidity, creating a cool and clean working environment for the workers.
