本项目位于尼日利亚联邦首都区阿布贾附近的清扬产业园，由中资企业投资建设。园区内产业多元化，涵盖建材加工、汽车组装（如陕汽、一汽等）以及食品加工等领域。该地区属热带草原气候，全年高温，旱季（11月至次年3月）尤为炎热干燥，气温常在30℃以上，湿度较低；雨季（4月至10月）气温略降但湿度显著上升，体感闷热。在这样的气候条件下，良好的通风降温系统对保障生产效率与员工舒适度尤为重要。

当前，中尼两国在基础设施建设、制造业转移等领域的合作日益深化，尼日利亚已成为中国在非洲的重要经贸伙伴之一。清扬产业园正是中尼产能合作的典型代表，未来将引入中国成熟的生产技术与管理经验，结合当地丰富的原材料与人力资源，推动建材加工等产业的本地化发展。

该厂房为一栋新建的钢筋混凝土结构标准厂房，目前主体工程已完工，正处于装修阶段。为配合后续企业入驻及生产启动，需同步安装通风降温系统。瑞峰环保制冷团队结合项目所在地的气候特点、厂房结构、企业投资背景及当地经济发展水平，提出了一套兼具实用性与经济性的降温方案。

考虑到尼日利亚本地市场对设备成本敏感，且后期维护条件有限，我们优先选用性价比高、运行稳定的蒸发式冷风机。为节约车间内部宝贵的生产空间，所有冷风机均安装在厂房外墙外侧，通过风管系统将冷却后的空气均匀引入室内。同时，针对部分生产过程中会产生热量和异味的车间，我们依据空间体积与换气需求进行专业计算，配置了相应数量的负压风机，确保空气流通顺畅，改善作业环境。

在人员密度较低的区域，我们进一步优化方案，采用移动式冷风机或工业风扇，做到“人在机在，人走机移”，既满足了局部降温需求，又大幅降低了初期投资与运行成本。所有设备的布置均结合车间内设备布局与人员流动路径进行科学规划，确保降温效果最大化。

设备安装调试完成后，运行效果显著：车间内温度明显下降，空气流通性增强，整体环境舒适度大幅提升，得到了客户方的高度认可。此次项目不仅展示了瑞峰在大型工业厂房通风降温领域的系统设计与施工能力，也进一步验证了我们在海外工程中的综合服务实力。

This project is located in the Qingyang Industrial Park near Abuja, Federal Capital Region of Nigeria, and is invested and constructed by Chinese enterprises. The industrial diversification within the park covers areas such as building materials processing, automobile assembly (such as Shaanxi Automobile, FAW, etc.), and food processing. The region belongs to a tropical grassland climate, with high temperatures throughout the year. The dry season (November to March of the following year) is particularly hot and dry, with temperatures often above 30 ℃ and low humidity; During the rainy season (April to October), the temperature slightly decreases but the humidity significantly increases, making the body feel stuffy and hot. Under such climatic conditions, a good ventilation and cooling system is particularly important for ensuring production efficiency and employee comfort.

Currently, cooperation between China and Nigeria in areas such as infrastructure construction and manufacturing transfer is deepening, and Nigeria has become one of China's important economic and trade partners in Africa. Qingyang Industrial Park is a typical representative of China Nepal capacity cooperation. In the future, it will introduce mature production technology and management experience from China, combined with abundant local raw materials and human resources, to promote the localization development of industries such as building materials processing.

The factory building is a newly constructed reinforced concrete structure standard factory building. The main project has been completed and is currently in the decoration stage. To facilitate the subsequent settlement and production start-up of enterprises, ventilation and cooling systems need to be installed simultaneously. The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration team has proposed a cooling plan that combines practicality and economy, taking into account the climate characteristics, factory structure, corporate investment background, and local economic development level of the project location.

Considering that the local market in Nigeria is sensitive to equipment costs and has limited maintenance conditions in the future, we prioritize the use of cost-effective and stable evaporative air coolers. To save valuable production space inside the workshop, all air coolers are installed on the outer wall of the factory building, and the cooled air is evenly introduced into the room through the air duct system. At the same time, for some workshops that generate heat and odors during the production process, we have conducted professional calculations based on space volume and ventilation requirements, and configured a corresponding number of negative pressure fans to ensure smooth air circulation and improve the working environment.

In areas with low personnel density, we further optimized the plan by using mobile air coolers or industrial fans to achieve the principle of "people on the machine, people walking on the machine", which not only meets local cooling needs but also significantly reduces initial investment and operating costs. The layout of all equipment is scientifically planned based on the equipment layout and personnel flow path in the workshop to ensure maximum cooling effect.

After the installation and debugging of the equipment were completed, the operating effect was significant: the temperature in the workshop decreased significantly, the air circulation was enhanced, and the overall environmental comfort was greatly improved, which was highly recognized by the customer. This project not only showcases Ruifeng's system design and construction capabilities in the field of ventilation and cooling for large industrial plants, but also further verifies our comprehensive service strength in overseas engineering.

With the deepening of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, China Africa cooperation is moving towards a broader field and a deeper level. As a manufacturing powerhouse, China's technology, equipment, and management experience are accelerating towards the African continent.
