Xingtai, Hebei Province, is located in the hinterland of the North China Plain, with a warm temperate continental monsoon climate. It is hot and rainy in summer, cold and dry in winter. For large production workshops, high temperatures in summer are the core challenge that affects production efficiency and employee comfort. This project serves a new type of building materials enterprise. As an important member of the domestic building materials industry, it is located in the North China region with a high concentration of building materials production enterprises in China. Its high-quality ALC board (autoclaved aerated concrete board) and rock wool composite board have become the "skeleton" and "skin" of modern prefabricated buildings and green buildings due to their excellent properties such as lightweight and high strength, temperature insulation, fire resistance and earthquake resistance. The production workshop of this enterprise is a typical large-span steel structure shed style building, with a total area of over 18000 square meters and a height of up to 17 meters. Inside, there are also steam pressure vessels and large forming equipment that can reach up to 8 meters.
