位于温州——这座四季温和湿润、夏季高温多雨的沿海工业城市,某服装代加工企业正面临着生产环境带来的严峻挑战。作为温州传统四大轻工产业(服装、鞋帽、眼镜、打火机)中重要的一环,服装制造业对生产环境的温湿度有着极高要求。稳定的车间环境不仅能保障工人作业舒适,更是控制织物缩率、保持面料平整、提升成品品质的核心环节,直接影响着企业的市场竞争力。
该厂房的建筑结构为多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房,墙体设有采光窗,但由于建造年代较早,层高仅约4米。低矮密闭的空间在夏季极易积聚热量,虽装有传统风扇,却只能实现空气流动,无法从根本上解决降温问题。车间内热源主要来自两方面:一是密集作业的员工人体散热,二是夏季强烈的室外太阳辐射热。尽管工业缝纫机本身产热有限,但人员密集带来的热负荷使整个车间在旺季时常闷热难耐,既影响员工状态,也潜在地干扰面料特性与车缝精度。
本着因“地”制宜,系统化环境治理的设计理念,瑞峰环保制冷的工程师团队经现场勘查,综合分析了以下关键因素:
1、地理气候:温州夏季高温高湿,需兼顾降温与除湿;
2、厂房局限:层高低、空间密闭,要求设备送风柔和、覆盖均匀;
3、行业特性:服装生产需防潮、防直吹,避免影响布料与精细作业;
4、人员密集:热负荷集中,要求制冷量充足且可调。
基于以上分析,我们摒弃了常规的蒸发式冷风机方案——该设备在温湿气候下易增加空气湿度,可能引发面料受潮、变形,且无法精确控温。最终,我们为其量身定制了墙边多台大功率立式双出风轴流工业空调系统:
1、双出风大功率设计:确保制冷量充裕,温湿度调节范围宽,可根据车间实时负荷灵活控制;
2、轴流送风技术:出风平稳柔和,避免强风直吹导致员工不适或布料飘动影响生产,同时能与原有风扇系统协同,实现气流均匀分布,消除温差死角。
3、改造成效:从生产环境到企业效益的整体提升
改造后,车间整体温度与湿度得到稳定控制,工作人员告别了以往闷热粘腻的作业环境,身心舒适度显著提高,注意力更加集中,次品率下降,生产效率有效提升。同时,稳定的温湿度环境减少了面料因环境波动产生的伸缩变形,为车缝精度与成品一致性提供了保障,从源头强化了产品品质。

Located in Wenzhou, a coastal industrial city with mild and humid seasons and hot and rainy summers, a clothing OEM enterprise is facing severe challenges brought by the production environment. As an important part of the four traditional light industries in Wenzhou (clothing, shoes and hats, glasses, lighters), the clothing manufacturing industry has extremely high requirements for the temperature and humidity of the production environment. A stable workshop environment not only ensures the comfort of workers' operations, but also plays a core role in controlling fabric shrinkage, maintaining fabric flatness, and improving product quality, directly affecting the market competitiveness of enterprises.
The building structure of the factory is a multi story reinforced concrete standard factory, with skylights on the walls. However, due to its early construction, the floor height is only about 4 meters. Low and enclosed spaces are prone to heat accumulation in summer. Although equipped with traditional fans, they can only achieve air flow and cannot fundamentally solve the cooling problem. The heat source in the workshop mainly comes from two aspects: one is the human body heat dissipation of employees engaged in intensive operations, and the other is the strong outdoor solar radiation heat in summer. Although industrial sewing machines have limited heat production, the heat load caused by personnel density makes the entire workshop often stuffy and unbearable during peak seasons, which not only affects the condition of employees but also potentially interferes with fabric characteristics and sewing accuracy.
Based on the design concept of adapting to local conditions and systematizing environmental governance, the engineering team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration conducted on-site investigations and comprehensively analyzed the following key factors:
1. Geographical climate: Wenzhou experiences high temperatures and humidity in summer, requiring a balance between cooling and dehumidification;
2. Limitations of the factory building: The height of the floors and the enclosed space require soft air supply and even coverage of the equipment;
3. Industry characteristics: Clothing production requires moisture and direct blowing prevention to avoid affecting fabrics and fine operations;
4. Personnel density: The heat load is concentrated, requiring sufficient and adjustable cooling capacity.
Based on the above analysis, we have abandoned the conventional evaporative air cooler solution - this device is prone to increasing air humidity in warm and humid climates, which may cause fabric moisture and deformation, and cannot accurately control temperature. In the end, we customized multiple high-power vertical dual outlet axial flow industrial air conditioning systems for it along the wall:
1. Dual outlet high-power design: ensuring sufficient cooling capacity, wide temperature and humidity adjustment range, and flexible control according to real-time workshop load;
2. Axial flow wind technology: The air outlet is smooth and gentle, avoiding discomfort for employees or fabric movement caused by strong winds that affect production. At the same time, it can cooperate with the original fan system to achieve uniform airflow distribution and eliminate temperature blind spots.
3. Transformation Effect: Overall Improvement from Production Environment to Enterprise Efficiency
After the renovation, the overall temperature and humidity of the workshop were stably controlled, and the staff bid farewell to the hot and sticky working environment of the past. The physical and mental comfort was significantly improved, attention was more focused, the defect rate decreased, and production efficiency was effectively improved. At the same time, a stable temperature and humidity environment reduces the stretching deformation of the fabric caused by environmental fluctuations, providing a guarantee for sewing accuracy and product consistency, and strengthening product quality from the source.
In addition, this project fully demonstrates Ruifeng's professional ability to achieve efficient environmental transformation without changing the original factory structure and making full use of existing ventilation facilities.
