The project is located in Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Ningbo is located on the coast of the East China Sea, with a subtropical monsoon climate and distinct four seasons. In summer, southeast winds prevail, and high temperatures, high humidity, and hot weather persist for a long time. Due to its unique geographical location, the air humidity in summer is high, and the perceived temperature is often higher than the actual temperature, making the stuffiness particularly prominent.
Recently, due to a significant increase in the number of patients seeking treatment, the hospital's existing facilities have become highly saturated. In order to alleviate the pressure of receiving patients and optimize the medical process, the hospital has temporarily set up a portable tent in an open outdoor small square inside the hospital, which is used as an auxiliary functional area for registration, pre examination and triage. However, in the hot summer weather, the air circulation inside the tent is poor and heat accumulates, seriously affecting the work efficiency of medical staff and the medical experience of patients. An efficient, flexible, and economical ventilation and cooling solution is urgently needed.
Ruifeng Solution
In response to the special situation of "temporary, open, and variable pedestrian flow" in the area, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration went deep into the site and comprehensively considered multiple factors such as geographical climate, spatial structure, personnel flow, equipment cost, and installation cycle. They abandoned the traditional fixed air conditioning that requires complex pipe layout and high installation cost, and innovatively proposed a combination layout plan of "multiple mobile centrifugal air coolers+mobile industrial grade permanent magnet fans".
The design logic and advantages of this scheme are as follows:
1. Accurately responding to changes in abortion and being flexible: The hospital's flow of people has obvious peaks and valleys. The biggest advantage of mobile fans (i.e. air coolers with universal wheels and industrial fans) is their "flexibility". During peak medical periods, multiple devices can be centrally deployed to quickly form a large-scale cooling area; When the flow of people decreases or the area functions are adjusted, it can be easily moved to other places where it is needed, and even stored in the warehouse, truly realizing the "ready to use and open, hide when idle", fully matching the temporary nature of the tent area.

Mobile industrial grade permanent magnet fans, on the other hand, use large fan blades with a diameter of over 1 meter to drive a large area of air flow, generating strong "natural like wind" that accelerates the evaporation of sweat on the surface of the human body, thereby achieving immediate cooling sensation.
3. Cost controllable and economically efficient: Compared to the high upfront investment required for equipment procurement, power capacity expansion, and pipeline laying for installing fixed air conditioning systems, mobile equipment has almost zero installation costs. Not only is the equipment procurement unit price affordable, but its operating energy consumption is also much lower than traditional compressor air conditioners.
