本次展览场地原已配备中央空调系统,能够基本满足温度控制需求。然而,在观展高峰期,展厅内人员密集,空气流通不畅,尽管温度适中,但空气中的污浊气体、湿气及异味无法及时排出,导致空间内空气质量下降,观众易产生闷热、压抑等不适感。为此,亟需在维持原空调系统正常运作的前提下,引入辅助通风降温设备,改善展厅空气质量与人员体感舒适度。

瑞峰方案设计团队在充分考量了景德镇当地的气候特点、展厅的空间结构、人员流动性、设备运行成本等多重因素后,提出了“移动式离心冷风机 + 移动工业级大风扇”的组合布置方案。这一方案的制定基于以下几点考量:

首先,展览期间人员流量具有明显的不确定性,传统固定式设备难以灵活应对。而移动机型具备即插即用、灵活布置、可根据现场人流密度与区域需求随时调整位置的特点,极大提升了空间利用率与设备适用性。

其次,为改善展厅空气流通问题,必须引入新风流通系统。移动式离心冷风机通过离心力作用将空气强力推送至远距离区域,实现局部快速降温;而工业级永磁无级调速大风扇直径超过1米,能够产生覆盖范围广、风速柔和且自然的“人造自然风”。两者的结合,既满足了降温需求,又带来了类似于户外自然风的舒适体感,避免了传统空调带来的干燥与空气不流通问题。

从物理原理来看,冷风机利用水的蒸发吸热效应,将湿润的空气送入空间,有效降低环境温度;而大风扇则通过大直径扇叶低速旋转,推动大量空气流动,促进人体表面汗液蒸发,带来显著的降温感。两者结合,既节能环保,又大幅提升了人员的体感舒适度与身心健康。

此外,所有设备均为移动式设计,无需安装,开机即用,闭展后可随时移走,不占用固定空间,不影响原中央空调系统的正常使用。设备采购与运行成本相对传统固定设备大幅降低,真正实现了“低成本、高效益”的通风降温解决方案。

Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, is known as the "Porcelain Capital" and is located in a subtropical humid climate zone with distinct four seasons. The summer is hot and rainy, the humidity is high, and the winter is wet and cold. Jingdezhen is renowned for its long history of ceramics, and ceramic art works not only require extremely high craftsmanship, but also have strict requirements for the temperature, humidity, and air quality of the display environment. The comfort level of the exhibition hall environment directly affects the audience's viewing experience and the artistic presentation effect of the works.

The exhibition venue was originally equipped with a central air conditioning system, which can basically meet the temperature control requirements. However, during peak exhibition periods, the exhibition hall is crowded with people and the air circulation is poor. Although the temperature is moderate, the polluted gases, moisture, and odors in the air cannot be discharged in a timely manner, resulting in a decrease in air quality in the space. Visitors are prone to discomfort such as stuffiness and oppression. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce auxiliary ventilation and cooling equipment while maintaining the normal operation of the original air conditioning system, in order to improve the air quality and comfort of personnel in the exhibition hall.

After fully considering multiple factors such as the local climate characteristics of Jingdezhen, the spatial structure of the exhibition hall, personnel mobility, and equipment operating costs, the Ruifeng design team proposed a combination layout plan of "mobile centrifugal air coolers+mobile industrial grade large fans". The formulation of this plan is based on the following considerations:

Firstly, the personnel flow during the exhibition period has significant uncertainty, and traditional fixed equipment is difficult to flexibly cope with. Mobile models have the characteristics of plug and play, flexible layout, and the ability to adjust their position at any time according to the on-site crowd density and regional requirements, greatly improving space utilization and equipment applicability.

Secondly, in order to improve the air circulation in the exhibition hall, it is necessary to introduce a fresh air circulation system. Mobile centrifugal air coolers use centrifugal force to forcefully push air to distant areas, achieving rapid local cooling; Industrial grade permanent magnet continuously variable speed large fans with a diameter of over 1 meter can generate a wide coverage, soft and natural "artificial natural wind". The combination of the two not only meets the cooling needs, but also brings a comfortable feeling similar to outdoor natural wind, avoiding the problems of dryness and poor air circulation caused by traditional air conditioning.

From a physical principle perspective, air coolers utilize the heat absorption effect of water evaporation to send moist air into space, effectively reducing the ambient temperature; The large fan, on the other hand, rotates at low speed through its large diameter blades, pushing a large amount of air flow and promoting the evaporation of sweat on the surface of the human body, bringing a significant cooling sensation. The combination of the two not only saves energy and is environmentally friendly, but also greatly improves the comfort and physical and mental health of personnel.

In addition, all devices are designed to be mobile and do not require installation. They are ready to use when turned on and can be removed at any time after being closed. They do not occupy fixed space and do not affect the normal use of the original central air conditioning system. The procurement and operation costs of equipment have been significantly reduced compared to traditional fixed equipment, truly achieving a "low-cost, high-efficiency" ventilation and cooling solution.
