本次项目服务的企业，便是一家专注于旅行箱生产的现代化工厂。需要进行通风降温改造的核心区域，是其大型组装车间。

Project Background and Challenges

Wenzhou, a city located on the coast of the East China Sea, belongs to a typical subtropical humid monsoon climate. The summer is hot and humid, and the terrain, known as the "seven mountains, two waters, and one field", often obstructs air circulation. The feeling of "sauna sky" is particularly obvious. As an important production base of China's luggage industry, Wenzhou has a profound history of leather products. From early handmade workshops to modern assembly line production, Wenzhou luggage carries the light industry dream of "bringing China with the world". Its products not only pursue durability, but also strive for excellence in details and craftsmanship.

The enterprise served by this project is a modern factory specializing in the production of travel suitcases. The core area that requires ventilation and cooling renovation is its large assembly workshop.

This workshop is a typical large-span color steel tile structure factory building, with extremely transparent space, a large area, and high ceilings as its prominent features. There are only a few highlight machines, carving and milling machines, and cutting equipment in the workshop, while the vast majority of the remaining areas are densely populated with manual assembly workbenches. Due to the precise assembly process of luggage and the absence of tall equipment to cover it, the workshop has a high degree of openness. If traditional central air conditioning or large industrial air conditioning is used for overall cooling, not only will the initial equipment investment be huge, but the later operating energy consumption will also be astonishing. For enterprises, it is both wasteful and environmentally unfriendly, which is an extremely uneconomical account.

Ruifeng Plan: Flexible and maneuverable "point-to-point" cooling strategy

In response to this pain point, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration went deep into the site, combined with the humid and hot geographical climate of Wenzhou, the personnel intensive characteristics of the luggage assembly industry, and the customer's demand for strict cost control of input-output. 3. The perfect combination of physical efficiency enhancement:

1) The mobile centrifugal air cooler applies the physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" (using the temperature difference between dry and wet spheres), which can cool the hot air outside the workshop through a water curtain and send it into the workshop, bringing fresh and cool humid air and effectively reducing the temperature in the area.

2) The mobile industrial grade large fan (with a diameter of over 1 meter and using permanent magnet stepless speed regulation technology) utilizes the aerodynamic principle of "large diameter, low speed" to generate soft, three-dimensional natural wind energy that covers a large area of the work area, blowing on the surface of the human body to accelerate sweat evaporation and bring a comfortable effect of 3-5 ℃ temperature reduction.

3) The combination of the two is used, with the air cooler responsible for providing a "fresh air source" and the large fan responsible for "stirring and dispersing" the cold air, quickly dispelling the stuffiness and heat in the workbench area, ensuring the physical and mental health of employees, and enhancing work enthusiasm.
