【项目背景与挑战】

在鲁苏产业带的核心区域——江苏北部地区,制造业集群效应显著。这里地处暖温带,虽不像南方那般湿润,但夏季高温干燥的气候特点,恰恰为蒸发式降温设备(如冷风机)的高效运行提供了绝佳的天然条件。

本次项目的业主是一家颇具规模的机械加工企业,主要为汽车、农机等行业供应精密配件。随着生产规模的扩大,企业新建了一座大型机加工车间。然而,这座全新的生产空间面临着几个严峻挑战:

1、建筑结构特殊:车间为单层大平层结构,采用彩钢框架与砖砌墙体,屋顶为隔热彩钢瓦。虽然采光良好(大面积玻璃窗),但整体密封性一般,导致室内外热交换频繁。

2、空间环境复杂:车间面积广阔且挑高高,属于典型的高大空间。机械加工设备在运行时产生大量热量、油雾及粉尘,若不及时处理,不仅影响一线工人的体感舒适度,更会导致精密加工设备因热应力而产生精度偏差,甚至引发故障停机。

【设计方案:量身定制的“组合拳”】

针对该项目的地理环境、建筑结构及生产工艺特点,瑞峰环保制冷的专业技术团队摒弃了传统空调的高能耗思路,创新性地采用了 “大风量离心式冷风机+长风管均匀送风” 的组合设计方案。

1、大风量离心式冷风机:区别于普通轴流风机,离心式风机具备更强的静压,能够克服长风管的阻力,实现远距离送风。它将车间外的新鲜空气进行过滤降温处理后,转化为湿润洁净的冷气,源源不断地注入车间内部。

2、长风管布局:我们将风管系统巧妙地吊挂安装在车间屋顶下部的净空区域,完全不占用宝贵的室内地面面积,保障了生产动线的畅通。风管上按照流体力学原理均匀开设出风口,确保冷气能精准输送到每一个工位,不留死角。

物理原理与应用效果:

系统利用大风量正压置换的原理,持续向室内送入冷新风,形成微正压环境。这股强大的气流将车间内人员呼出的热气、机器运转产生的炙热以及浑浊空气,高效地通过门窗缝隙挤压出室外。

1、效果一:体感舒适:工人在作业区能明显感受到持续不断的凉意,空气不再沉闷黏腻,大幅降低高温中暑风险,提升生产效率。

Project Background and Challenges

In the core area of the Lu Su Industrial Belt - the northern region of Jiangsu, the manufacturing cluster effect is significant. Located in the warm temperate zone, although not as humid as in the south, the hot and dry climate in summer provides excellent natural conditions for the efficient operation of evaporative cooling equipment such as air coolers.

The owner of this project is a large-scale mechanical processing enterprise, mainly supplying precision parts for industries such as automobiles and agricultural machinery. With the expansion of production scale, the enterprise has built a large machining workshop. However, this new production space faces several serious challenges:

1. Special building structure: The workshop is a single-layer large flat structure, using color steel frames and brick walls, and the roof is made of insulated color steel tiles. Although the lighting is good (large glass windows), the overall sealing is average, resulting in frequent indoor and outdoor heat exchange.

2. Complex spatial environment: The workshop has a vast area and high ceilings, belonging to a typical high-rise space. Mechanical processing equipment generates a large amount of heat, oil mist, and dust during operation. If not treated in a timely manner, it not only affects the physical comfort of frontline workers, but also causes precision machining equipment to have accuracy deviations due to thermal stress, and even leads to malfunctions and shutdowns.

【 Design Proposal: Tailored 'Combination Fist' 】

In response to the geographical environment, building structure, and production process characteristics of the project, the professional technical team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has abandoned the traditional high-energy consumption concept of air conditioning and innovatively adopted a combination design scheme of "high air volume centrifugal air cooler+long air duct uniform air supply".

Core device analysis:

1. High air volume centrifugal air cooler: Different from ordinary axial flow fans, centrifugal fans have stronger static pressure, can overcome the resistance of long air ducts, and achieve long-distance air supply. It filters and cools the fresh air outside the workshop, converts it into moist and clean cold air, and continuously injects it into the interior of the workshop.

2. Long duct layout: We cleverly hang and install the duct system in the clear space area below the workshop roof, without occupying valuable indoor floor area, ensuring smooth production flow. On the air duct, air outlets are uniformly arranged according to the principles of fluid mechanics to ensure that cold air can be accurately delivered to each workstation without leaving any dead corners.

Principles of Physics and Application Effects:

The system utilizes the principle of high wind volume positive pressure displacement to continuously supply cold and fresh air indoors, creating a micro positive pressure environment. This powerful airflow efficiently squeezes out the hot air exhaled by personnel in the workshop, the scorching heat generated by machine operation, and the murky air through the gaps between doors and windows.

1. Effect 1: Comfortable physical sensation: Workers can clearly feel the continuous coolness in the work area, the air is no longer dull and sticky, greatly reducing the risk of heatstroke and improving production efficiency.

2. Effect 2: Equipment Stability: After effectively controlling the ambient temperature, the machining accuracy of the machine tool is guaranteed, and the failure rate of the electrical control cabinet caused by overheating is significantly reduced, extending the service life of the equipment.

Project Value and Capability Extension

The successful implementation of this project not only solves the problem of high temperature in the mechanical processing workshop, but also reflects the profound accumulation of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration in the field of industrial ventilation.
