在这样的气候条件下,周转仓不仅是货物的集散地,更是供应链效率的关键节点。作为中国制造与中东地区的重要贸易周转节点,该仓库承载着数以万计的商品流转任务,确保仓库内部环境适宜、空气流通,对保障货物质量、提升作业效率具有重要意义。
【仓库结构与储存特点】
该周转仓由十数栋大型彩钢建筑连排构成,每栋建筑面积约10,000平方米,层高达18米,内部空间极为开阔。库房内大部分区域配备了大型立体智能货架,可容纳货值高达数千万的各类商品。高密度存储与高频次的货物进出,使得仓库内的空气流通、温度控制成为运营管理中的核心难题。
【瑞峰方案设计与技术亮点】
针对这一复杂环境,瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计团队结合多重因素,量身定制了一套高效、经济的降温通风解决方案:
1、地理与气候适应性设计:考虑到迪拜极端高温和干燥的气候特点,我们选用了高效能的蒸发式冷风机(环保空调),该设备非常适合干热地区,通过水分蒸发降温的原理,能够显著降低室内温度,同时增加空气湿度,改善作业环境的舒适度。
2、大空间通风挑战:仓库层高高达18米,普通空调难以覆盖,且能耗巨大。我们采用屋顶安装+风管送风的方式,将冷风机安装在屋顶,通过风管将经过降温的新鲜冷空气均匀输送到仓库各个角落。同时,利用冷风机的正压送风原理,将室内原有的热空气通过门窗或排风口自然挤出,形成有效的空气循环,达到全屋降温、换气的双重效果。
3、高频率进出与密闭性问题:由于周转车辆与人员进出频繁,仓库难以保持完全密闭。为此,我们设计的风管系统具备一定的送风压力,能够在开门瞬间保持正向气流,减少外部热空气的侵入,确保内部环境稳定。

设备安装后,库房内温度普遍下降6~10℃,空气流通性显著提升,作业区域的闷热感明显减轻。员工的工作舒适度提高,货物存储环境也得到优化,尤其对温湿度敏感的货品起到了良好的保护作用。

Project Background and Geographic Location Analysis
This project is located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is one of the most important trade hubs in the Middle East region. The Jebel Ali Free Zone is adjacent to the world's largest man-made port, Jebel Ali Port, with a unique geographical location that connects major trade routes in Asia, Europe, and Africa. Dubai has a tropical desert climate with high temperatures and little rainfall throughout the year. In summer, temperatures can reach over 45 ℃, posing severe challenges to warehousing and logistics operations in extremely hot environments.
Under such climatic conditions, the turnover warehouse is not only a distribution center for goods, but also a key node for supply chain efficiency. As an important trade hub between Chinese manufacturing and the Middle East, this warehouse carries tens of thousands of goods circulation tasks. Ensuring a suitable internal environment and air circulation is of great significance for ensuring the quality of goods and improving operational efficiency.
Warehouse Structure and Storage Characteristics
The turnover warehouse is composed of more than ten large color steel buildings arranged in rows, each with an area of about 10000 square meters and a height of 18 meters. The internal space is extremely spacious. Most areas in the warehouse are equipped with large three-dimensional intelligent shelves, which can accommodate various types of goods with a value of tens of millions. High density storage and frequent entry and exit of goods make air circulation and temperature control in warehouses a core challenge in operational management.
Ruifeng Solution Design and Technical Highlights
In response to this complex environment, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has tailored an efficient and economical cooling and ventilation solution based on multiple factors
1. Geographical and climate adaptability design: Considering the extreme high temperature and dry climate characteristics of Dubai, we have selected a high-performance evaporative air conditioner (environmentally friendly air conditioner), which is very suitable for dry and hot areas. Through the principle of moisture evaporation cooling, it can significantly reduce indoor temperature, increase air humidity, and improve the comfort of the working environment.
2. Large space ventilation challenge: The warehouse has a floor height of up to 18 meters, which is difficult to cover with ordinary air conditioning and consumes a huge amount of energy. We adopt the method of roof installation and air duct supply, installing the air cooler on the roof and evenly delivering the cooled fresh cold air to every corner of the warehouse through the air duct. At the same time, utilizing the positive pressure air supply principle of the air cooler, the existing hot air in the room is naturally squeezed out through doors, windows, or exhaust vents, forming an effective air circulation, achieving the dual effect of cooling and ventilating the whole house.
3. High frequency entry and exit and sealing issues: Due to frequent entry and exit of turnover vehicles and personnel, the warehouse is difficult to maintain complete sealing. For this reason, the air duct system we designed has a certain supply air pressure, which can maintain positive airflow at the moment of opening the door, reduce the intrusion of external hot air, and ensure stable internal environment.
Equipment installation and environmental improvement effect
After the installation of the equipment, the temperature in the warehouse generally decreased by 6-10 ℃, the air circulation was significantly improved, and the stuffiness in the work area was significantly reduced. The work comfort of employees has been improved, and the storage environment for goods has also been optimized, especially providing good protection for temperature and humidity sensitive goods.
