该厂位于浙江乐清，地处东南沿海，属亚热带季风气候，四季分明，夏季炎热潮湿，冬季温和湿润。年平均气温约18℃，夏季最高气温可达35℃以上，湿度常处于70%-90%之间，高温高湿的环境对室内温控与通风提出了较高要求。

厂房为多层钢筋混凝土结构标准厂房，墙面设有大面积玻璃窗用于自然采光。本次环境改造的对象是厂区内全新装修的产品展厅，主要用于展示各类配电保护控制类低压电气产品，如断路器、接触器、继电器、配电箱、电能表以及智能控制模块等。展厅面积约800平方米，为提升视觉整体性做了吊顶设计，并在展厅一侧分隔出多间独立业务洽谈室。

为提升客户参观体验，需对展厅进行温控系统改造。瑞峰方案设计团队综合考虑了多方面因素：

1、地理气候环境：针对本地夏季高温高湿的特点，需确保空调具备高效降温与除湿能力；

2、建筑结构与密封性：展厅密封较好，适合采用内循环气流组织的工业空调系统，避免能量损失；

3、空间美观与视觉协调：选用立式双出口风机型，外观简洁大方，能与展厅装修风格和谐融合；

4、人体舒适度优化：采用出风柔和、覆盖均匀的轴流机型，避免冷风直吹造成不适。

基于以上分析，最终为大空间展厅选配了大功率立式工业轴流省电空调，实现高效制冷与节能运行。而各业务洽谈室因面积较小且需保持安静，分别独立安装了家用静音空调，既实现分区独立控温、降低能耗，也减少了展厅大型空调的配置数量，提升整体经济性。

设备投入使用后，不仅圆满解决了展厅夏季降温难题，还在控制初期投资与长期运行成本之间取得良好平衡。值得一提的是，本次方案在执行中根据现场实际需求进行了灵活调整，例如在局部区域增加风向调节装置，进一步优化气流分布，提升了超出原设计预期的舒适度。

The factory is located in Leqing, Zhejiang Province, on the southeast coast. It has a subtropical monsoon climate with distinct four seasons, with hot and humid summers and mild and humid winters. The annual average temperature is about 18 ℃, and the highest temperature in summer can reach over 35 ℃. The humidity is often between 70% and 90%. The high temperature and high humidity environment places high demands on indoor temperature control and ventilation.

The factory building is a standard multi story reinforced concrete structure, with large glass windows on the walls for natural lighting. The object of this environmental renovation is the newly renovated product exhibition hall in the factory area, mainly used to display various low-voltage electrical products for distribution protection and control, such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, distribution boxes, energy meters, and intelligent control modules. The exhibition hall covers an area of approximately 800 square meters and has been designed with a suspended ceiling to enhance visual integrity. Multiple independent business negotiation rooms have been separated on one side of the exhibition hall.

To enhance the customer experience, it is necessary to renovate the temperature control system in the exhibition hall. The Ruifeng design team has comprehensively considered multiple factors:

1. Geographical climate environment: In response to the high temperature and humidity characteristics of the local summer, it is necessary to ensure that the air conditioning has efficient cooling and dehumidification capabilities;

2. Building structure and sealing: The exhibition hall is well sealed and suitable for industrial air conditioning systems with internal circulation airflow organization to avoid energy loss;

3. Space aesthetics and visual coordination: The vertical dual outlet fan model is selected, with a simple and elegant appearance that can harmoniously blend with the exhibition hall decoration style;

4. Optimization of human comfort: Adopting a soft and evenly covered axial flow model to avoid discomfort caused by direct cold air blowing.

Based on the above analysis, a high-power vertical industrial axial flow energy-saving air conditioner was ultimately selected for the large space exhibition hall to achieve efficient cooling and energy-saving operation. Due to their small size and the need to maintain quietness, each business negotiation room has independently installed household silent air conditioning, which not only achieves independent temperature control and reduces energy consumption, but also reduces the number of large air conditioning configurations in the exhibition hall, improving overall economy.

After the equipment was put into use, it not only successfully solved the problem of summer cooling in the exhibition hall, but also achieved a good balance between controlling initial investment and long-term operating costs. It is worth mentioning that during the implementation of this plan, flexible adjustments were made according to the actual needs on site, such as adding wind direction adjustment devices in local areas to further optimize airflow distribution and improve comfort beyond the original design expectations.
